In general, I have a tough time with indoor pools (California kid problems) where the heavy chlorine gets trapped and circulating, ha. But, Mack is an interesting one - half deep, half shallow & the shallow side (about 3'6" IIRC) gets pretty shallow for me, and then the bulkhead separating the family/kids pool to the main 25 yd pool has holes in it so I've definitely flipped turned and hit the floor and/or stuck my foot against a hole rather than a wall haha.

We love Goldfish! My son has been attending Goldfish for a couple months and we 've already seen so…read moremuch progress! We started in the Junior 1 class with Joe V and my son was enthusiastic to be in the water but very unsafe. Joe was so patient with him and reinforced the rules of the water and now after going consistently my son looks forward to class every week and has gained so many new skills including holding his breath under water, floating for a couple secs on his back and swimming to the middle of the pool with little assistance. With how much parents pay you would be able to afford fixing the AC. It's disappointing because after just 2 months we have banked 5 of the 8 days he was supposed to swim. How's a kid to learn when he can only go every few weeks for a normal class and then have to do a few makeup classes the one week they are functioning if they have room since so many kids have backed makeup classes. We have been trying to get out of our contract for months, but can never catch up with our makeup classes, and if you cancel you lose it all we are told.
