When I met with Susan, I got the feeling that this would be a safe place to try. I started with the beginner's package which I have repeated several times over the past year. I now understand the meaning of "yoga practice". For me, the progress was slow and steady but the results have been amazing. My posture feels 100% better. My back pain is just about gone. Susan is a wonderful teacher! She has a genuine desire to help each of her students. She is part instructor, part coach and if needed, part cheerleader or part drill sergeant. And she hires other instructors with the same approach. The classes are small and even the more advanced students get individual attention to help them improve their practice.
