I thought I was imagining it at first. It turned out that she'd taken a photo with my Realtor who was responsible for me buying the condo I did. Talk about Chicago being so big and so small at the same time. Considering what I know of the months-long work with my Realtor, these two networking together makes absolute sense. Because of the bombardment of ads, I had no idea where to turn but Fagan Fagan and Davis was close and I went in. After speaking with Joe Fagan, he was confident and radiated years of experience along with the ability to tell it to me straight, optimistically under promise (does that make sense?) and absolutely over deliver. Going into the office, the building is unimpressive... but don't let it fool you. After speaking with Joe I realized that he is obviously in this to help good people in bad situations and because he loves it. One of the first things he asked me was what were my "must haves" and then what my "nice to haves" were. He then did everything he could to make it happen and absolutely exceeded my expectations exponentially. Nobody is an advocate for drunk driving. It is a bad situation all around. But all I can say is that in a bad situation... when I was at my life's darkest hour, Joe brought a torch and showed me the way back to the light. It was my first brush with the law. Avi was patient and carefully explained many details and possible outcomes which clearly demonstrated his knowledge and experience. He was personable on the phone as well as face to face.
