Everyone is friendly and encouraging. The trainers are top notch and create challenging workouts in large, small, and individual formats. I also like that each month they have a separate charity that members can "check in" for to raise money for various groups. GF is good for the mind, heart, body, and community!

One day my son asked for water- he is only 9- was given one and then I was charged for the water. I was aware of the policy but my son was not. When I questioned the charge, they not only refused to talk to me by phone or face to face, they kicked us out of the establishment because I won't follow their policies. They treated me rudely and immaturely and the ones who suffer are my kids. This place seems to care more about money than the children they are working with.
