I had cabled it off to a nearby healthy tree several years ago but the base of the tree had deteriorated badly. It was in danger of falling anytime. I called several tree removal companies and had widely varying pricing and scheduling availabilities quoted to me. Tree and Green Services were not the least expensive, but Dan Toddy was the most professional contractor I spoke to. Also, he explained in detail how the work was to be done, was sensitive to my concerns about scheduling, on-site disposal and access to the site. He was very task and customer orientated in every way. Dan re-arranged his schedule to perform the scope of work we agreed to start the next morning at daybreak. Dan and the crew of 8 showed at 7:25 AM and finished at 8:11 AM. It looked like a TEXAS A & M Marching Band Show. Perfectly coordinated with everyone engaged in getting the job done as safely and quickly as possible. Fun to watch and proving all these guys are highly trained professionals at their work. They came to fix the leak and stated they would send someone out to discuss replacement of the ceiling. No answers to calls, texts, or emails since that time. There is now water damage to a different area in the spare bedroom and in our storage shed out back. We've received No response to calls, texts, or emails since they came out to fix the original leak. More than $20,000 spent to replace a roof and now we will have to find someone else to inspect and repair the leaks and replace the ceiling in our guest room and in our storage shed. I was disappointed in the beer bottles left all over the property by the workers, the pallet of materials they never picked up that are still sitting in my driveway, and that we never received the warranty or signed documents. Now I am incredibly frustrated that we have to hire someone else to clean up the mess.
