They recently had a refurbishment, but it hasn't really improved much, in fact its made it harder to look at the jewellery because its further away and it takes the assistants much longer to work out which tray you're wanting to see close up. They have the usual range of jewellery, necklaces, earrings, watches, rings. And they also have a collection of jewellery boxes, silver money boxes, christening and birthday gifts as well as a range of clocks both mantel and wall. Samuels isn't particularly cheap nor expensive, it has a mid range selection of reasonable quality. The staff are friendly and helpful and they also have a gift wrapping service.

It's great the way they change the window displays regularly and are innovative as to how the pieces are shown. The employees are so kind and courteous and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. I've always been made to feel welcome on coming into the shop,and it was with the silver tree that I became a serious Pandora, Thomas Sabo, and Links of London Collector. Finally having just visited recently with it being Christmas I found "The Silver Tree Jewellery Shop" to be beautifully decorated with Christmas lights, excellent staff, very friendly and helpful without being in your face. Huge range of items at all prices, great bargain offers. Magical feeling to the place. They also offer online shopping / ordering with next day free postage and packaging - FANTASTIC.
