Beanie, the golf expert took the time to discuss my swing and golf game while she led me through trying three different drivers on their virtual driving range. Even before I purchased my driver, she had already improved my game with some thoughtful and useful advice on my swing. She was patient, polite and friendly while she helped me decide on the perfect club for me. I could have been OK with that but the cashier was rude and condensending. I've had issues with PGA SS' return policies in SoCal but the staff was for the most part engaging and friendly. Not this store. Seems kids are in charge and just want the pay check. I will NEVER go back. I can pay the same prices and get better service at Golf Galaxy, Edwin Watts etc.
