Goliath Industries came highly recommended by a Friend Randy L. I was in the Bullhead area visiting family and friends but decided to drive down to Mojave Valley and ask for Paul at the counter. I walked into the shop and was immediately greeted very politely and professionally which was greatly appreciated by us. I ask for Paul and he said right here"we immediately shook hands and started talking guns. This shop has a great wide selection of both rifles and pistols along with accessories. My uncle had been looking for a specific set of scope rings and really didn't want to order them with out actually seeing them first to avoid the hassle of sending them back if they weren't the proper rings. March 20 22. Where do I start?? I was unable to leave zero stars... Or I would have! This business has a location in Fort Mojave, Arizona right next to needles, California. And they just open a brand new location in Lake Havasu city, Arizona right next to Walmart. I was driving by the lake Havasu city location and thought I would stop in. They have a couple dozen handguns on display and a couple dozen rifles on display. They also have several calibers of ammunition on display. But that's where it ends! Every single handgun and every single rifle have a tag on it. The only thing on each tag is a price! No other information is contained on any tag. No make, no model, no caliber!!! When I mentioned this to the staff I could not believe their response. They said it would be a real pain to put all that information on each tag!!! Then... He said.... plus, that way we have to take the gun out and show it to them!! Are you kidding me?? This is clearly a sales tactic and complete BS! I wish I would've known that before I asked... Because I would've started at one end of the display case and asked what is the make model and caliber of this gun is. They would've had take the gun out of the case explain it to me and then put it back. Then, after they closed up the case I would move to the very next gun and say, what's the make, model and caliber of this gun here. And so on, and so on, and so on until I did the entire display case; and then, every single rifle on the wall! Absolute BS! I suppose, they may hope to get some business from the snowbirds. But if you do your homework and read these reviews... STAY AWAY from this place! Go in town to almost any one of the other places and get a better deal and much better customer service! "No pricing over the phone" is the answer you will get if you ask how much ammo will be when you get there. People need to know if they are wasting their time driving to your shop. If they get there and you are price gouging like 99% of the other gun shops in town, they will leave and be angry for driving out to you. Sorry bro, two stars off for that. If you are being honest with people and tell them right away that you don't price gouge, then you are going to get more business and better reviews. NP Gunsmith & Sales are upfront with their prices, and they aren't inflating their prices because people are crazy and want to horde. Take a page from their playbook and be upfront. read more

I live in the Tristate area (Arizona, Nevada & California) and I love to see what the area has to offer when it comes to gun shops. I visited this shop and did some shopping ;-) and here's my review: A good gun shop needs 3 things only (from the buyer's perspective): 1: THE PRODUCTS BEING SOLD, 2: THE PRICING, & 3: THE INTERACTION WITH THE OWNER & THE STAFF. Most of the gun shops are more or less equal when it comes to 1 & 2. The real difference comes at # 3 and this gun shop fails here miserably. Firstly, the staff and the owner are not welcoming at all. Guess, it might be a racial thing (I am not white if you were wondering ). Initially, I thought that the race issue might not be real but then I realized that today was my third visit there and not a single soul at this shop was welcoming. I have not experienced this in any of the other gun shops. Secondly, the owner was not willing to hold any products for me and was very upfront, abrupt & standoffish about it. Thirdly, I agreed on a price with the owner and we shook on it too but today I ended up paying an extra 100 + dollars as they informed me that they have to add the tax in it too Guys, I have been to a lot of gun shops and trust me that they are dying to have my business and they work with you too. This gun shop needs a lot of work when it comes to customer service. Now the scores: Products: 6/10 Nothing special. Average collection of products that you can get at any shop and even cheaper if you get the products online (trust me .... do it and thank me later). Pricing: 4/10 Over priced. Do not go here!! Stay away from this place!! All they want is your money! This company has a location in Fort Mojave, Arizona. However, they just opened a location in lake Havasu city, Arizona next to Walmart. I stopped in the other day to check it out. They have about two dozen handguns and approximately two dozen rifles, as well as various caliber ammunition. As I walked around looking at the weapons, I noticed there was a tag on every single handgun and every single rifle. The only information written on every single tag was a price! There was no other information on any tag!! No make, no model, no serial number, no barrel length, no caliber!!! Are you kidding me??? I brought that fact to the attention of the employees. The response I got was absolutely unacceptable......They told me that it would be too much trouble to write all that information down on every tag!!! Really??? Then he said something even more outrageous... He said, 'Plus, that way, we have to take the weapon out and show it to them'. This is clearly a sales tactic to try to get weapons sold. Their prices were already higher than several other places in town. Go there if you only want to window shop.
