My only negative are the prices. They seem a bit inflated but that's unfortunately the norm everywhere. ACE has always been a favorite. My husband is handicapped so he cant carry these items. The 1st few times were great. Order on line, messaged when ready, go there, immediate service helpful into trunk, the whole customer service package. The last few times they started to not have the product or maybe 1. This was starting to be norm. Now they never have litter. Says it's a hot item and it can be ordered but its not there ober and over. The customer service people have been clueless, they weren't coming out after 15 mins of arriving, cant find orders, the list goes on. Totally incompetent now. I out in an order last week. I get notices one way, in person they have totally different. They never know anything. Then I saw something the litter was coming today last week but never heard back and they had no record of it, never said when it was coming, if ever. Then I looked at my bank account and there is a charge coming out for the cost ofn4 litter bags that I never got or heard of or were told are ready. I was furious. So yet another trip there to find out what's going on. They cancel the order. So hopefully the money gets put back in fast or there will be a big problem. And im still out litter for over a week because they have no communication, never know anything and cant be trusted. Im done. I went to cal ranch. I paid a few dollars more but at least they had what I needed when I needed it. Also found their water softener salt to be way cheaper. To bad because when tractor supply was good they were great. When They are bad they are horrible.

I challenge anyone to find better service than Alfredo in the paint department. This guy is an…read more11/10; knows the store like the back of his hand and you will not leave unhappy. The prices are always competitive; although I buy my spray paint from Walmart. The lumber department unfortunately doesn't follow Alfredo's lead and you'll need to figure out many things on your own. We've left and have gone to Lowe's for this reason.

I was a longtime Lowes customer / California, Mississippi, Oregon,etc. I want to purchase 2 foot…read morelong x 5 1/2 inch wide Red Oak. Hardly ever in stock / "Fire your supplyer". I wanted to purchase a 6 foot length and have them cut it into 24 inch pieces with their vertical table saw. three times now. Their answer : We can cut chicken little ABS sheets, but the saw blade is worn out and dull and won't cut the Red Oak wood and management won't buy a new blade and have it installed. I have noticed that the store is lacking customers, and the parking lot is relatively empty, unlike Home Depot. Management can not seem to pull it off. Lowes Corporation may want to subsidize this store for a period of time, but at the current rate it will surely close it's doors sooner rather than later. P.S. And this just isn't their only problem. Home Depot is looking better and better all the time (With no excuses)!
