I tried a second service but there was no answer. I reached another service who told me it would be more than an hour, but he referred me to DD Taxi. DD said they could probably get to me in 30 minutes, which I accepted. I was anxious but, happily, they arrived 1/2 hour later. The driver was very pleasant. HI am disabled and he helped me get in and out of the car, and carried my belongings to my front door, and even asked whether I needed help getting inside. I was very happy with DD Taxi and highly recommend them.

I booked a ride with this service. It was booked for the wrong day in their system. In their…read moresystem the ride showed for the next day a full 36 hours from when the booking was made but my credit card was charged IMMEDIATELY When I called and ended up canceling the ride it was exactly 24 hours from the booking. The dispatcher told me he would cancel the ride and provide a refund. I emailed the next day about the refund, ended up getting a phone call back from the manage, Gary, who told me they had a policy that didn't allow for cancellations inside of 24 hours. Keep in mind the cancellation occurred exactly 24 hours out. Having said that the manager said he would refund my ride MINUS $18 for credit card processing fees which is crap but I was willing to take what I could get as the total ride was $252. Rather be out $230 than $250!! It is a week later and 2 emails later still no refund and no response from the business!!! Plenty of car service options in Brick and the surrounding areas, buyer beware on this one!! In this case one would be better with an Uber!

Instead of telling a potential customer to get their facts straight, perhaps the responder should make sure their facts or straight, or that they're responding to the right review. Clearly the company needs to brush up on proper business practice and understand how to respond properly without making themselves look worse on Yelp.
