They have like a coffee/pastry and breakfast cafe area, plus they also serve actual entrees! I believe there was a variety of options. Many government office folks line up there, to snag food, so that's a good sign! I've only really had their espresso drinks and pastries. It all super delicious, but the coffees do take a little longer than expected. (I will blame my lack of patience on Starbucks. :P lol ) Parking is difficult here, but it's definitely worth the trek!

Tasty, rich and creamy lattes and cappuccinos are their thing, and if that is what you want in the mall and anywhere in the city, this is one of the Brewtherhood places to go. Yes, there are other Brewtherhoods with the same quality drink in Robinson's Pavia and Jaro, as at the franchises in Libertad, Iloilo, and San Jose de Buenavista, Antique, but this is a perfect round-out to a meal in the nearby food court, or elsewhere. In all my Panay travels, these shops provide the best coffee espresso drinks in the country, no lie. Others have come and gone, long before covid, but these drinks would compare favourably with the best independents in the developed world. And apparently owner Andrew treats his staff very well, and that shows up in the drinks.... Oh yes, skip Starbucks one floor down in the same mall? And this goes for all their branches in Iloilo and likely all over the country! They are using a mother's milk substitute, Lactel, for their milk coffees, and it totally destroys the smooth rich flavour of their drinks. As well, they often scald the frothed/foamed milk, meaning burned lips and tongue, and further degrading the drink. Duh! As well, Brewtherhood's coffee drinks are less expensive than Starbucks, and the other also-rans do a poor job with lousy beans and poor technique. One slight complaint? Steam the milk a little hotter. Between 160-170 F temperature usually hits it. So ... come to any of the Coffee Brewtherhood shops on the island, and taste what a coffee should taste like!

Selection is not bad for how small the place is, but you also MUST WATCH the cashiers carefully or you'll be overcharged!
