It's nice, when you're shelling out for a specialty arrangement, to feel like you've got a say in what the flowers will look like, no? I was also told, in no uncertain terms, that a surprise delivery wouldn't be possible - she'd have to call the recipient a day in advance to arrange delivery, even though I had special instructions, including where to keep the arrangement safe, all ready to go. As I was walking away the store owner yelled, " try finding them cheaper someplace else". I responded, "I'll find someone to sell them at a reasonable price". After I exited the store and made my way to the car, the store owner chased after me calling me an asshole and giving me the finger.
