The lady who took my order over the phone was very helpful and professional. I told her what price range I wanted to stay in and the types of flowers that I liked. There was a small delivery fee (I think it was around $7.00) less than they charge for flower deliveries in California. The flowers were delivered during the time frame that specified. My mother-in-law absolutely raved about the arrangement that she received and said that they were gorgeous! I will definitely order flowers from here again. Thanks for a good experience.

The owner mentioned they had limited flowers left, but THIS bouquet was filled with roses, baby's breath, and the most gorgeous group of purple flowers! She went beyond my expectations and purple is my favorite color. They made this piece of floral art within five-ten minutes day of for about $65. Their prices are higher than price chopper and target, but you're paying for a local and unique bundles of bouquets. Only the best for Mom! Right?! Other than flowers, they sell locally made vases, bracelets, earrings. Their shop is lovely filled with cacti, bouquets, and gardening tools too. Definitely worth supporting for future events like weddings, showers and events. You will be amazed!

I hate leaving bad reviews for businesses, but, I can't let this go. I purchased a memorial basket…read morefor a funeral event. The woman who worked with me was great, she was very helpful. I went to pick it up the next day, and when I arrived, I was asked if I wanted it wrapped. I said I wasn't sure, and the person who was helping me said, "Oh it doesn't need to be wrapped, it'll travel fine." I said, I'll be holding it on my lap, is that ok? She assured me it would be. Less than 5 minutes later, going less than 30 mph, with the basket flat, the basket dropped half a gallon of water one me. It soaked through my coat, skirt, and (tmi, I'm sorry), my underwear. That's how much water poured out of the bottom of this basket. So, I am more than an hour from home, and have less than half an hour to make it to the service on time. I looked like I had walked into the lake up to my waist, and now had to attend a funeral. Why a flower basket had a half a gallon of water in it, I do not know, but do not advise someone that it's ok to hold it on your lap, and maybe wrap it up.... Also, my seat is still sodden 7 hours later...... Can't wait for the eventual mold smell. I'll be going elsewhere in future.

I had just found out that we needed a last minute floral arrangement for the sudden passing of a teammate whose memorial service was going to be that Saturday. We had a tight budget and we were asked to see who might know of a florist who could work with us on such short notice. I approached Erin and she was very kind and friendly. She gave me her contact info so I could pass it along to the team. She not only worked with us, but as our captain said, "the florist did a kickass job. I went to this nursery this summer to try to find some flowers for my sister's grave (who had…read morepassed away unexpectedly). I had already driven 2 hours and gone to two other nurseries. This place was recommended to me. When I got there I couldn't find any staff and wasn't sure how to navigate the place. A women came by and just gave me a look. I said hi do you work here? She said "Yeah, why" seeming irritated, I said ok well I couldn't find anyone inside to talk to and I needed some help. She replied yeah we are all working outside, seeming irritated that I didn't know that. I said ok. and she said do you need something?. I was so offput that I almost left, but I didn't have time to go to another place so I told her yes my sister died and I am looking for flowers for her grave. At that point she seemed to feel a bit bad and offered to help and was able to show me what I was looking for. However, even when she did offer to help she was not very friendly and the customer service was subpar at best. I wished this could have been a more positive experience.
