We are blessed to have someone like her in our lives. Dr cruz and the staff truly care for their patients and treat us like family. The office will take care of you from head to toe. I was so pleased each time my husband and I have gone to see them because it is always thorough. If we ever needed a specialist she always sent us to the best (it actually saved my husbands life) We would not go to any other family doctor and have recommended her several times already.

I 100% agree with the other post here. My sister and I were in need of a new primary care physician…read moreand Dr. Cruz was recommended by some family members because we would be able to get appointments for a physical quickly - within the same week of booking (That should have been a sign!) My sister went in for a physical and felt like Dr. Cruz kind of rushed her along and seemed to dismiss some concerns about some problems she was having. The problems got worse, and she went back for another appointment the next week to get them checked out. I drove her there since she wasn't feeling well, and I also wanted to see the place, since I still needed to book a physical. The office was super dumpy and in terrible need of renovations. I don't think anything has changed since the 80s and who knows how clean the place is if that is the case. Even the magazines seemed old. The staff and Doctor herself were far less than friendly to us. My sister left with care instructions that were totally unclear, and the doctor and receptionist spoke to her very loudly about that and her insurance coverage, loudly enough for a waiting room of people to hear... So unprofessional and rude. For some reason, I still figured it was bearable enough to book a one-time physical for the next week, as I was in urgent need to see a doctor to refill some prescriptions. What a terrible idea. The latest appointment time slot that I could get was at 4:30 on a weekday, meaning that I needed to leave my (high stress) job two hours earlier than usual, so this wasn't something I could easily arrange. I hit some traffic on the way there so I arrived at the Dr's office a few minutes after 4:30, and the receptionist told me that the doctor "had to leave because there was an emergency" ... First of all I HIGHLY doubt that was the case, but even so - WHY did nobody give me a call to let me know that my appointment was cancelled??? I could have turned around and gone back to work! They didn't even apologize. What a waste of time!! Avoid at all costs unless you really don't value your health, time, or dignity. Absolutely appalling that this office is able to continue operating.

We have been patients of Dr. Siniakowicz at Penn Medicine in Hamilton NJ for a number of years now…read more We are both in our 70's and have seen many different doctors over the years. Primary doctors and specialists. Dr. S is simply THE BEST. His nurse Annetta is also simply THE BEST. Could write dozens of complimentary words here for both. Dozens. Just going to say they are the best team we have ever had the pleasure of seeing. Tom and Marie DeAngelo.

She inquired whether I had been feeling unwell recently. I shared that I had experienced some side effects like coughing, vomiting, and spitting. I initially attributed to my medication and mentioned that the nurse practitioner had adjusted my prescription that very day. I may have been unwell. The nurse kindly offered to arrange a callback from the nurse practitioner, and I happily accepted. The nurse practitioner called me back, introducing herself with a "Hi, this is Nurse Practitioner Yvonne." I responded with a friendly greeting, asking how she was doing. "Fine," she replied, "but my nurse mentioned you were upset about your results. Let me explain she said." She then delved into the reasons behind my two-week wait to redo my labs. After what felt like an eternity of about five minutes, I finally had the opportunity to speak. I clarified, "I was never upset about the results; my concern is the delay. I work closely with many people and want to take precautions to prevent anyone else from getting sick." Her tone shifted, and she remarked sharply, "I checked your results, and you're fine. What kind of exams do you think should be done?" I suggested tests for common issues like flu or COVID, or even a virus panel--after all, I'm not a doctor. I then asked whether it would be possible to consult another physician. She firmly replied, "We don't do that here. Why do you need another doctor?" I expressed my worries about the unusual side effects I was experiencing, which didn't seem normal to me. In that moment, she retorted, "You can do what you want; I'm not continuing this conversation," and abruptly hung up. Moments later, she called back, asking if I wanted to review the rest of my physical results. At that point, my disappointment poured out. I conveyed how much I had admired her and believed I was getting genuine support for my treatment. "I've decided to seek another doctor," I told her, feeling the weight of my decision. With that, she hung up again. I still think to myself why wasn't I asked how I was feeling, or to come back in to run tests. Its so weird no one called me back to see what happiened and I get a letter saying not to go back there. Stay away from the nurse practitioner; see a doctor if you go here! She was very weird talking about how she is making everyone do a tetanus shot hmmmmm.

Not sure what the first reviewer is talking about. Delaware Valley is the worst! I am so glad I…read moreswitched to this practice for my second baby. They answer all my questions, all the specialists they have sent me to have been top notch and they care. Super accommodating so I don't have to take so many days off for prenatal appointments. I can't say enough good things. Super excited for my delivery. Update: I now understand what the first reviewer was talking about. This practice is amazing. That being said I cannot in good faith recommend Dr. Resnick. I needed to get a rhogam shot. By that point my appointment had been rescheduled once already as any working mom knows it is impossible to get off for the amount of OB appointments you need while pregnant especially in a new job. He told me he couldn't give me the shot because they couldn't get my results from the lab. Why he couldn't get the results verbally over the phone is beyond me and he told me to come back next day. My job had already accommodated me for this appointment and wasn't going to do it two days in a row. So he basically says well it's the health of your baby you are putting in jeopardy and basically if my baby's life matters I will make it there the next day. Excuse me? You could have easily given me the shot same day with verbally getting results over the phone and I have a history of getting this shot in previous pregnancy. He also dismissed all my concerns and didn't answer any of my questions nor did he offer any solutions to scheduling issues. Example: I can't come back during normal hours to get the shot can I get the shot elsewhere? I cannot make it to ultrasounds at the hospital can I go to another facility with more flexible hours then 3pm? Just common issues which probably have easy solutions that my pregnant brain couldn't think of at the moment. Instead all I got is well it's up to you, I'm not the schedule police. I am just informing you of the quality of care needed. huh? Seriously? That was not helpful in the least. I left the office in tears thinking, oh great I'm going to kill my baby and this doctor doesn't care. This is where the office team came to my rescue. The scheduling lady went out of her way to give me the latest appointments possible so I can get in as often as I can without losing my job. Laura, the nurse, answered all of my questions and personally offered to stay past her shift to give me the shot the following week. They went above and beyond to help me out and diffuse the situation. I appreciate them immensely. Dr. Ibrahim and Dr. Naraine were exceptional as well. They have great bedside manner. Addressed all my questions and concerns. They were quick to action when needed. They made me feel like I had a say in my own care and trusted my ability to make my own decisions. Their support has been invaluable. I have not yet had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Sison.

After seeing multiple doctors for problems with heart palpatations and infertility issues, Dr. Resnik was the one that helped me determine that I had a thyroid condition; while the other doctors just blamed my symptoms on stress or other non-related issues. He was also the one that notified me that I had submucosal fibroids. Yet Dr. Sison, who performed my annual exam only a month earlier, failed to even notice them. The fibroids are believed to have contributed to my two miscarriages and without the help of Dr. Resnick's diagnosis, I can only wonder how much more heartbreak we would've had to endure (I ended up having surgery to remove them in 2016). Dr. Sison, in my experience, is not a doctor that I would want to see again. I recently made an emergency appointment for pelvic pain that I've been experiencing intermittently since my fibroid surgery and he had the nerve to suggest that it was "psychological". I decided to book a followup appointment with Dr. Resnick, in addition to having my primary doctor order a Pelvic MRI and low and behold, they discovered that not only did my fibroid grow back, but that there was also a cyst. So, Dr. Sison, no it's not psychological and I thank God for Dr. Resnick and the nurse practitioner, Laura, because they're both wonderful!

I have an appointment end of September 2018 for 2 disc replacements. I have been in need of this…read moresurgery for about 10 years, putting it off, no money and can't find a doctor anywhere that I would trust, ofc, I am in , Vero Beach FL. I Googled for weeks on spine doctors all over. I came across an ad for Spine & Orthopedic 1-855-586-2615. I saw so many awesome reviews about this Dr. Katzman,Ortho Surgeon at Spine & Orthopedics Center. Thought I would give them a call ask questions and advised to send my MRI and Disc, notes so I did. To sum it all up, I got a call from Dr. Katzman, talked to me about my problem, and offered to see me, and consult me over the phone. Really, what Dr. would do that? With Dr. Katzman's phone call and his knowledge of my problem, I felt comfortable, and was ready to have this procedure done. Next phone call came from, NJ Spine and Orthopedics, Dr. Katzman's team of employees. They called to set up my appointment, got me scheduled and on the right track, which I could not afford this surgery even with my so called insurance. Few days later, another phone call from NJ Spine & Ortho Center, this time from (Ethan P) Senior Patient Advocate 973-788-5028 He works for Dr. Katzman's team. Ethan made it all possible, and easy to talk to. He helped with my financial part, as in the amount I would owe out of pocket, even as far as setting up payment arrangements, and to the surgery date. Ethan, was awesome, don't think I could have managed this without Ethan's and Admins help. My so far experience. I will do a follow up to this review after my surgery, stay tuned. I will then leave my phone # incase anyone would like to reach out to me for advice, on my experience. I have never heard of a Doctor calling their patients to talk about their concerns, without asking them come into the office for consultation, which then you have your office fee.
