Of those, one of them refused to represent me. Another told me that I didn't have much of a case and would probably be found guilty if we fought the charge. The third was a smooth talker who was confident he could get my case dismissed, but charged much more than I could afford. Then I spoke with Josh LeRoy. He let me know from the start that he was completely on my side and was almost certain he could get my case dismissed. His rate was half that of the others. I was not sure who to trust, but I am so glad I chose Josh LeRoy. He is not a long-winded salesman who tries to impress by speaking in legal jargon and boasting about his previous cases like many other attorneys. He spoke straight, telling me his opinion of my case, listed our options, and gave me a fair price for his services. He let me know what to expect and that he would fight for the best possible outcome. My wife was very worried about the charge against me, but Josh reassured us that he would take care of everything, and he did just that. Two days before the scheduled court date, Josh contacted me to inform me that the charge had been dismissed! I am SO THANKFUL for my lawyer, Josh LeRoy! I called back after 6 months as we hadn't heard anything about the case and I had paid him a large amount of cash (about half of what he asked for)for very little time working the case. He tells me that he got it dropped and this conflicted with what he originally told me that it was not filed. He went round and round telling me this was an agreement with a fee schedule which I never received and he says call back and ask Felicia for it and now no answer to calls or emails. He was a total different person this last conversation, a bit condescending and scoffed at me when I tried to get a better understanding. The first conversation so friendly and accommodating.

Orlando Gonzalez is the BEST attorney you can find. I was facing multiple felonies and long term prison time, but Orlando fought for me and got every single charge dropped. He saved my life.
