THE WORST! I swear I deal with these guys every year and when I think it can't get any worse it does. These guys are the most unprofessional snow removal guys I ever seen. They have been taking care of the snow in my development (holly ridge in Wappingers) since I bought my place and wow they are HORRIBLE. First off finding an employee that speaks English becides the "boss" that can never be found is the first problem. All of their employees are most likely all illegal immigrants, if this were just the problem I wouldn't care one bit. But these guys are an absolute embarrassment. They spend all day using a skid steer to remove the stow and usually only run one or two plow trucks down the road leaving behind a ton of snow and ice. They never salt the roads at all (you can tell by how much ice is left behind) if you talk to any of their staff they are super rude like when they started calling tow trucks to tow peoples cars with out involving our HOA. Meanwhile you drive over to the next development that's taken care of by another landscaper company and the road is perfect. Absolutely embarrassing. Our roads cannot be cleared which causing accidents and frustration beyond belief. If I could rate you no stars I would. This company is an embarrassment. So I live in a development and not only did The owner of Gonzalez's landscaping company completely mislead me about paying for the damage his illegal employees messed up my truck, but he said he would make good of it and then did not. But tonight I moved my truck so they can plow and this is what he has his illegal employees attempt to plow the spots. This is the second time my spots were plowed with no care and this is due to the bad review I gave him. We were told to have our spots open to do so. Do not use this company. By no means do I want to hurt someone but when the owner shows up and says one thing and then doesn't answer you and just says prove it after he was there and saw what happened and said to go to his body shop to be fixed and then did not like the price and said to prove it. The owner was all good when he showed up to see what happened and then played I don't know when it was time to pay and this is how they plow my spots now since they called the main office and told my lease agent that I left a bad review. No communication what so ever. Had them out summer of 2021 and re did my walkway and landscaping in front of my house. They had a one year plant guarantee and come summer of 2022 multiple plants did not come back. I contacted Will, the owner, and he told me Billy would be in touch. Billy said he would not be able to come out till the end of summer. I have kept reaching out to both Will and Billy with no answer. The no contact has been an ongoing issue and it's ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. I guess it's hard to answer/call back a phone call or even text. read more

When first starting out, the service was pretty good! The crew came out pretty steadily and did a nice job. After a few months, the owner became more and more difficult to reach, and finally, I had to entice him to come back to do my yard by offering him twice the amount I was paying because I was desperate (and in the middle of trying to sell my home). Luckily, I was able to squeak by with having family come through and help me maintain the yard before moving. I would not recommend the service unless you enjoy chasing people down, paying twice as much for the same quality of work as you can do yourself, and maybe receiving a response. read more

Gonzalez Landscapes made our pool area into a dream oasis. The work was done in a timely and orderly manner with the utmost attention payed to details. It was a complete revamp of the pool area with beautiful stone work, cut beautifully and to precision. Gonzalez Landscapes has excellent communication skills and will walk you through all the work that needs to be done. The diligence and perfectionism of Will makes you feel you are in excellent hands. He was constantly visible and easy to contact. His workers have an excellent work ethic, working daily non-stop to get the projects done in a timely manner. Will is a master of all trades and his contacts and suggestions are extremely reliable. Will also created a beautiful colorful garden, got rid of decaying trees and substituted mulch for beautiful stones on our property.
