His employee was much better and I wish he made the decisions. Even with me convincing them to do my steps better, it was still a mediocre job. This company wants the money but wants to do the bare minimum.

Turns out it was not only cheaper with Lawn Dog but they could do the bug repellent too. I gave them a shot. In two weeks my lawn went from a pathetic 1.5 to a 10. Everyone thinks I ripped up my lawn and laid down new sod. I didn't I just signed up with real professionals. I almost hate writing this review because letting the cat out of the bag with LawnDog might make them too busy for me and my insanely great lawn. You guys Rock

We finally have that lush deep green lawn that we have been wanting for years and so far this Spring we have had a few dandelions pop up but nothing like the droves of dandelions in past years. You can actually see the difference in our lawn next to our neighbor's lawn as there is a distinct line where ours was treated and theirs wasn't. These guys keep their appointments, they are very quick to do the job and do the job well. I'm curious to see too if it helps keep some of the bugs away as we usually get very large bumble bees as well as yellow jackets on our property and so far so good.

When I spoke to the owner, he said he would not charge me, well he shouldn't since I asked that it not be cut several days in advance. When I spoke to him he told me that it is confusing because we change out mind every week. First, that is not true we did it twice, and second, we are paying for the service and can tell them when we do not want it cut. He told me if we do not want it cut, we should tell them the day that they are coming. Now how do I always know when they are coming when there is rain, etc? In addition, when his brother was doing the mowing, he would actually skip us when our lawn looked like this. Once he skipped us and the owner charged us anyway. I expect my landscaper to know when not to cut, but I always text so they can plan their schedule and crew. When I told him we were discontinuing his service his text back was that he did not need my business anyway. The below pictures are my lawn before they came to cut it. We had asked them not to in a text on Saturday, and they cut in anyway.

Came back to…read moreweed ,not convinced they know what weeds look like because weeds continued to grow in all of the gardens.Were responsive at first to correcting the situation but never corrected it, weeds still there. Cost was expensive and when my concerns regarding the poor quality of work were discussed the response was that my expectations were too high and that I had signed the agreement and knew what I was paying for. Yes, I did, but my expectation was that at 89 dollars for weeding there would not be weeds left behind. We had already paid (6000) for mulching and I thought the first weeding was included in that. I was wrong weeds were under the mulch.When I chose to challenge the final bill, the manager did reduce the bill but it was minimal and would not negotiate any further and said since we were at an impasse she would forward the issue to a lawyer. I called the owner of the business Mr. Lehigh, he called back at 8 pm and I was out with friends, called him back in the morning and he deferred my call to the manager that I had been dealing with, she was curt and not so pleasant. That in itself tells me that his customer concerns are not a priority.No one wants to bring a trivial law suit , they are costly and take time away for more important things, neither which i was interested in pursuing .
