I would give them a five on their first response and quickness to fix leaks around my roof vents. Also, the young man went above and beyond to look at anything else on the roof that could become a leak and used silicone on that too. It wasn't cheap - but reasonable considering he had to climb on a very steep roof, the heat and that he went the extra mile on looking for other things to repair while up there. However, I was promised the pics of the repairs and a quote on a small shingle repair (one shingle, but it can cause house damage if not fixed). I called after not receiving and gave them my contact's name and the two unfulfilled pieces of information. I have yet to hear back from anyone at Blue Angels. Very disappointed in this. Blue Angels just replaced my roof - on time, by 4 PM in one day, with 50-year architectural GAF Timberline HDZ shingles, replacing my power vent with more efficient ridge vents, for $115 less than the insurance company is paying us. I found two tiny pieces of packaging they left, one of them transparent. Otherwise, the property is spotless - no nails I've found. read more

Kyle was extremely nice and professional. It took a few days for them to actually check out the roof because of the rain being unpredictable. We had one spot to repair on the back of the house that had caused a ceiling leak. I was quoted to "clean out gutters" along with the rest of the job. I assumed this meant all the gutters. We were out of town when the repairs occurred and arrived home to filthy gutters in the front, and our back covered in what was cleaned out of the back gutters. I sent pics to Kyle and he agreed that was not typical of their service. He came back and personally swept our deck of the debris tossed from the roof. read more

Our insurance put me in touch with him through Liberty Mutual and MadSky, but he did a great job at being patient with me as the homeowner and easily explained the process of working with our insurance. I had a quote for leak repair. The leak ruined the inside wood in roof and caused bubbling and stains on ceiling. I decided to use blue angels because they showed genuine concern about my roof and was able to walk me thru everything and showed pictures.
