Fortunately, it caught my eye and I walked over. The interior is filled with loads of nice gifts -- rings, earrings, bracelets, socks, and plenty of specialty items. Most are on the more expensive side, but I was able to find a pretty bracelet to gift that was only about $30. They wrapped it up nicely as well. One thing that was slightly bothersome was that I couldn't browse in peace for even a second. The friendly ladies working talked nonstop and followed me around as I browsed. I prefer to look at my own pace, personally, and even said I needed to think about what I wanted to select but they didn't really back off. So keep in mind it's that type of store. Nonetheless, the stock was really nice and I'd certainly return for future gifting needs.

I shop at this store fairly regularly and buy from both women's and men's sections. I think it's a…read moregood store, but it has its strengths and weaknesses, and I think there are numerous points where the management of the store could slightly improve on things to result in people like me having a better experience. Then again, they may not cater to people like me. I would say that this is a high-end secondhand store that caters to teenagers and younger college students. It's great if you want trendy, hip fashions for casual wear that young people would wear, especially if you (like me) have a slender build and sometimes have trouble shopping in the men's section in other stores. It's pretty poor for buying business attire or larger sizes. I have had one bad experience here when I visited and the racks were a disaster (pretty much pure chaos, all sizes in every section) but usually it is pretty well-organized. Sometimes the racks are packed too full, and I don't like this; it makes browsing hard and I honestly think it may bite them in the butt a bit, because if a customer gets frustrated trying to put an item back on an over-stuffed rack, they may either leave it somewhere random, drop it on the floor, or place it on the wrong rack, and either way it creates more work for the employees. This is my #1 complaint about this store, and I think they could address it by exercising just a LITTLE more restraint (seriously, remove 5 items from each rack, that makes all the difference, and if they gave up the 5 crappiest items according to some intelligent system, little would be lost.) One thing I really like about this store is that the clothing is (usually) in very good condition. It's also (usually) high-quality, well-made clothing. The prices are (usually) fair, i.e. the higher-priced items are genuinely nicer. Some items though I think are better deals than others. Many of the jeans reach up as high as $18, and for a secondhand store, I think these are overpriced. I've also seen shirts creeping up to $14 and above. Occasionally these have been REALLY NICE SHIRTS and I've bought one or two in this price range, but usually the high price has me scratching my head. I say usually because I've seen some really bad things...just today I wanted to buy a shirt and the fabric was unraveling around one of the buttonholes. A while ago I saw a brand of Mossimo (Target's generic brand) jeans for $16...when they retail for $17. Yeah no. And you'll find some of those crappy Forever 21 brand shirts where the stitching is literally WAITING TO UNRAVEL if you so much as look at it the wrong way. There are also deals here though...I've gotten shorts and skirts for $5, shirts for $6...very nice ones I might add. I've bought items of clothes here that have been super sturdy and I've worn happily for years and they're still going strong. The pricing scheme seems a bit random and seems to be more a function of how "trendy" or "hip" the item or brand is, not necessarily how well-made it is. Maybe there is a logic that makes the economics of it work because other people buy into it, but I don't...so the pricing seems rather random to me. One thing I find a little annoying; the organization of this store changes unnecessarily often. I like knowing where to find something in a store, and I'll come in every 3-6 months and, although the men's and women's sections are usually in the same place, where each type of item is in the women's section totally changes. I don't like this; it is unnecessarily confusing to me. The styles heavily skew towards casual. You want very casual men's flannels? Trendy ripped women's jeans and short shorts? You're gonna find both out the wazoo. Want a nice men's dress shirt? Want women's dress slacks you could wear in an office? Maybe you'll get lucky. BIG MAYBE. I've found a handful of nice business-casual attire here, but by and large this store skews HEAVILY towards the ultra-casual end. Wanna be a highschooler or college student just chillin with your friends, or a hipster off work and chillin at some hole-in-the-wall bar? This is the niche served by this store. I would love if this store were just a bit bigger, stocked a bit more dressy items (especially in men's), and stocked a bit more conservative items in women's. But as it is this is a good store and I'm happy to keep coming here!
