I was in a serious bout of depression and was doing some serious soul searching. Carol is the most amazing yogi I've ever had the pleasure of learning from. There is no embarrassment, or self-doubt. She makes all efforts to give modifications and inject humor and silliness to make you feel at ease. The entire team of teachers there are highly skilled, I've taken class from all of them and have never left disappointed. I owe a lot to this community, they helped save my mental health. The best barre class around - bar none!…read more Nicole's barre classes are truly in a class of their own. Classes are physically challenging while at the same time being accessible to all. Nicole's instructions are precise and easy to follow, and by the end of class, your entire body will have received an excellent workout. If you take a couple of classes per week, you will see and feel dramatic changes in your body. And this all happens in a supportive environment - welcoming, non-competitive, and encouraging. I practice vinyasa and this wasn't flow at all. All you did was like sit or lay on your mat. I attempted to try to do more of a flow and added on but at the end got reprimanded. The owner first laughed at me then told me I needed to do what the class was doing. I was trying to make modifications of the poses she was making us do so I could feel like I was working out. But she told me I needed to do the poses. Honestly the women was rude and the "yoga" sucked. If I could go back in time I would and never go.
