Also, if you pay them anything toward a reservation, do not expect to get your money back--even if they promise a refund. I made a reservation through them and was charged an additional $169. However, I never received any confirmation email for the reservation. When I contacted them to cancel it, they assured me that it had been canceled and that a refund would be issued. After waiting about a week without receiving the refund, I called again and was told by another agent that the reservation had never been canceled. I requested the cancellation again and asked to speak with a manager. I was promised a callback from a manager, but that call never came. It has now been over a month, and I still have not received the refund despite numerous phone calls and emails. They refuse to connect customers with managers or anyone who can actually resolve the issue. I also had another reservation with them that I canceled, and I am still waiting for that refund as well. This has been the worst and most frustrating experience I have ever had with a business. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company.

And they told me that my room was booked for June 18th I made plans rented a vehicle and brought my family to Las Vegas only to find out that they had never sent over the reservation request and I had no room to stay in. I called and I called trying to contact and get help. They referred me to another resort and insured me I had a room there. There was not another room there, and they wanted me to use my points. So I ended up booking a completely separate reservation with my points under a different timeshare Im an owner at. I had to use most of my points, which cost about a $1000 not to mention whatever other fees and stuff. I am still waiting to get some kind of compensation back from this company, they never corrected the situation they attempted to offer me another stay at a different date and I have not been compensated for the $1000, I had to spend on another room or for the inconvenience of driving all the way to Las Vegas and not having a room at all. I also never received the complimentary room I was offered yet. Luckily I was able to book with my time share otherwise this wouldhave becomea HUGE DISASTER!! Another family with no options would have been completely on their own, with nowhere to stay in Las Vegas, 10 hours from their home. This is disgustingly corrupt and unacceptable to put people in predicaments like this.

We were under contract within a week. However, after the inspection the buyer wanted us to replace the entire roof unnecessarily. We said no, and the buyer walked. Raquel was all over it: within an hour she had two new showings scheduled for that afternoon, which helped my wife and I keep our mind off the fact that we were back to square one. That evening we were under contract again with a new buyer. Buyer two also ended up being flaky, for no reason. She seemed to get buyer's remorse, and Raquel was great at handling the negotiations. The buyer ended up walking over minor things, which even caused her agent to need to drop her as a client. It was nuts. How did we get such awful buyers? We had a third buyer within another week. Everything went smoothly, inspection was fine. The only major thing they requested was that we replace the back door (which didn't need replacing, but hey, fine). Well guess what: when it came time for the buyer to close, THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP TO CLOSING. Their agent scrambled to try to get in touch with them, and when they finally picked up the phone they said they weren't happy with the work done on the back door, that they wanted to bring in new contractors and rip up the floors and look at the surrounding area. It was nuts. Raquel did a fantastic job of putting her foot down for us, insisting that we had done everything they had asked and that they were being unreasonable. Finally they showed up and signed the papers. Selling our home was one of the most stressful events of our lives, and Raquel made the entire process far smoother than it otherwise would have been. Without her there to keep us calm and explain everything we probably would have burned our house to the ground in frustration! We highly recommend her as a listing agent for anyone selling their home.

We had a rough and long time because of a lot of weather related issues at first. 3 different snow…read moredelays. That is not the fault of Aegean but the communication was a problem. There seemed to be many different groups of people that were experts in different areas but I never knew who to ask the right questions to. My husband was texting Ron a lot and he would always initiate most of our questions. We were not informed most times about what was happening and why things moved so slowly. The excavation guy was quick and friendly. Most of the trucks hauling out had a bit of communication issues which caused some friction between the main guy. Jesse dealt with our concrete and pavers and deck which was a problem- not nice communication. They put in the wrong color of sand in about half the paver area and Jesse insisted there was only one color?? They finally did the best changing color but that was a mess. Everything took a lot longer than expected but in the end we do love our pool ( not really the wrong sand issue ) but communication was horrible. Overall we believe we got a quality job.
