Unfortunately, due to the exposure, My appointment was booked within the best availability... 2 months away. This is to be expected considering the high volume they must have received. Within a week of the appointment, I called several times to verify the appointment and it was not until a couple of days prior that they finally got back to me.. Their customer service is something to be scared of. With that being said, they tried to changed the appointment which wouldn't be an issue, but due to time constraints of a busy Saturday, I respectfully declined and requested my 2 month old appointment to be honored. I was in lucky as they kindly obliged. I tried to call several time within 24 hours of the appointment to verify the appointment again, but like I mentioned earlier, their customer service is non-existent. Come Saturday morning, I woke up bright and early, took care of some errands and made it home prior to 845am! I was very excited as I was hoping that this company would be excellent and can turn this into an every 2 week to month thing to help my wife and thank her for what she does! Here I am at 10am writing this review. Our appointment time has come and gone without a call, email, text etc. Even if they do decide to show within the next 5 minutes-20 minutes 2 hours, it would not make a difference as we have plans at 2pm. The appointment time would have given us plenty to finish, and travel to previously said appointment. I am very disappointment at the lack of customer service. My thought was that companies advertise on Living Social at a low price in the attempt to gain long term customers. It seems like a great business model, lure the customers in with a great introductory price and knock their socks off with great service that will leave the customers with a lasting impression to either use them again or refer them to their friends and or family. Unfortunately for them, this has backfired to a point that I am actually writing this review. I just want to warn people of the risk they take when spending their hard earned money on a company. Please take into account that this is all pre-appointment issues. I can't imagine that they would actually commit to doing a job well done in the event they actually showed up for their appointment. Imagine the fiasco if I allowed them to clean my house. I would then have to watch over them as if I were a hawk stalking prey to ensure my valuables were untouched.
