Since February, I have been noticing areas that were supposed to be cleaned but were obviously not cleaned since the previous owner. But after discovering today that they never deep cleaned the refrigerator and knowing that when I drove by the empty house after less than three hours had passed since they arrived but was still charged for three hours, I hit my breaking point and wanted to warn others. Not to mention the office staff called the day before to say they couldn't make it during their promised time and made me feel like an inconvenience when I explained they had to live up to their commitment because no one would be able to let them in otherwise.

Where he stated "this stain won't come out" and we responded that is fine since we just need a cleaning done, he quotes us in comments that "we LITERALLY said we don't care what the carpet looks like because we're moving ". We NEVER said that. It seems he was being vindictive because we did not want upgrades. He stayed there were pet stains when THERE WERE NONE!!!! He was a petty and vindictive person and I highly recommend never letting him into your home!
