I had several needles placed into my arm, legs and torso, which I was explained throughout the entire process why it was being done. I really liked that each stage of treatment was thoroughly explained. After the acupuncture, a heat and a kind of massage was included. During the treatment I was asked to walk around, move and see where pain was isolated or located. Each time it was less and less irritation in my problem area, which I was impressed. After one session, I did feel a great deal of improvement, but as explained, is not cured with one session. I do plan on going at least once a week to keep healing my back.
