Just last year I found a family doctor I thought was amazing but she just stepped down so I found myself looking again. I ended up at Well Now today on the recommendation of my wife who was shocked at how friendly and competent the staff was four months ago. My experience today was the same. Every single person there was friendly from front office to nurse to nurse practitioner. My issue was solved and then they set me up with instructions on what to do going forward and sent my prescription to my regular pharmacy. I would give them all a raise if I could, but the least I can do is make sure to leave a review and say thank you everyone. At a moment in time where medical professionals are hard to find and often overworked and frustrated, this crew refuses to be jaded and is still on their A-game. God bless you all.

I will say the first and most important reason that I myseof pick this location everytime that one of us needs to be seen would be because of the staff! Marcy Mabry, APRN, (which is the clinic Director at the Henderson clinic) is so sweet, patient, and very attentive when it comes to her patients she is seeing. She is quick and amazing everytime we are there, but she is also very thorough when it comes to the examination, diagnosing, and the overall attention she gives to hearing all your concerns as a patient. (Quick isn't always a bad thing and she has proven that to me as a parent more than once). She has even just recently caught my son's low oxygen levels due to a pneumonia diagnosis she had come to the conclusion of, and she was sure to schedule us a follow up for him in just a few days from then so that she could ensure that his oxygen levels had safely came back up after some medication and rest. She is always on point in all the times I've had to come there with my children or myself! Also the ALL staff! Everyone there from the most kindest front desk secretary ever, to everyone that is apart of the Nurse staff there are just so kind, understanding, yet gentle when necessary. And of course Mabry! They are all always so friendly and consistent! They have always made our experiences easy, comfortable, and smooth. I want to add that the building itself inside is also always clean and tidy everytime I've been in there. You couldn't ever tell sick people have been in and out of there at all all day long everytime I've been there. The check in process has also evolved as well, and it is super easy these days! We absolutely adore them all there and they are always our go too when we aren't being seen by our family doctor's or specialists and need someone to count on!!!‍

She is always smiling and in a good mood so helpful and the young lady that took my vitals name Madison very professional for such a young lady and of course I saw Dr. Amy again and cannot say enough good things about her and this place I recommend it to anyone who had the urge to go sit down at an ER for simple things like colds and flu. They helped me with UTI symptoms symptoms I was in and out of there in 15 minutes! And every time I go in, it is immaculate. They work at keeping everything clean. I just hope they're higher up. I recently visited the Forsyth location on Wednesday morning, March 8,2023. Was exposed directly to…read moresomeone at work with Covid and had many Covid symptoms, including; fever, all over body aches, terrible headache, nausea, chills. Was seen by one of the PA's and he did my Covid test and also did a flu test. He came back in and said it was negative and I was completely dumbfounded. He told me it could just be a false negative and to wait a day or two and either I could come back there for another test or I could get a home test and do it myself but to make sure to wait a day or two before doing it. Why so adamant about that. Now I feel suspicious. So I left and immediately went and bought 2 home tests. Went home and took one and it was a positive result practically instantly. Waited until Friday morning and took the second one and it too was positive pretty much immediately. I'm not sure who is actually doing the test behind the scenes but if I got 2 positive results, one being done right after leaving there, I have to be concerned and suspicious if they are doing things correctly. I would have to say, apparently not, which strikes me as concerning because this poses risks to the public if they aren't doing things correctly, for whatever reason. I do know they can get false negatives and had I not done a home test within 2 hours of leaving there I might have believed it was a true false negative but that's not what happened. I did call the number listed as the corporate number even though it's not really a corporate office, just another location and I spoke to a lady who also sounded very surprised when I told her I went home and did a home test right after leaving there and got a blaringly obvious positive result. Then another lady called me later and she explained the false negative scenario also and I proceeded to explain to her about the home test. She said she would make sure it was not billed and/or removed from the charges filed to insurance but honestly, it's more than just a charge in my opinion. If I had gone by the result he gave me, I could have assumed it was negative and then I would have put a LOT of other people at risk. I have been to this location approximately 2 or 3 other times prior to this but after this experience I will not be returning again. K.S.

Don't get treated here if you don't want all of your personal business out in the open for all the office staff to hear and comment on. Very unprofessional. if anyone could help me find the contact to report this situation, I would love to express my disappointment.
