Their level of assistance and explanation was a great aid in managing us through the cremation process, etc. I highly recommend their King of Prussia team to anyone in need, or even considering, the cremation process, which is highly economical in this day and age!

It has now been 16 days since our grandmother passed, and we still do not have her ashes. Throughout this process, communication has been inconsistent and unclear. Each time we contact the organization, we are given different explanations for the delay, including state paperwork issues and staffing shortages, but no one has been able to provide a clear timeline or proactive updates. In addition, our cousin specifically requested that our grandmother's fingerprints be taken as a keepsake, and we later learned that this request was never completed. Discovering this after the fact was extremely upsetting for our family. Today, our cousin was even told that she could not pick up our grandmother's ashes because "another family was coming in." Being turned away under those circumstances only added to our frustration and made us feel that our family's needs were not being treated with the care and urgency they deserve. We have repeatedly been told that our loved one is being handled with compassion and care, but unfortunately our family has experienced very little communication, accountability, or follow-through during this process. Families place an enormous amount of trust in funeral and cremation services during one of the most vulnerable times in their lives. We hope the Cremation Society of Pennsylvania will address these issues and improve how they communicate with and support grieving families. At this point, our family is simply asking for clear answers and the prompt return of our grandmother's remains so we can finally lay her to rest.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Roseboro Stradling Funeral Home. After my…read morehusband's passing, we first met with Aaron, the original funeral director, who was kind and attentive. Unfortunately, after that, everything fell apart. The actual funeral was on a weekend that the funeral director working was Matt Stradling, so we got him by default. He was cold and unprofessional. There was no technical person--a part time employee, Ron, was supposed to handle the sound system and slide show but had no idea how to work the system. When the widow suggested hiring someone might be a good idea, Ron sarcastically said, "Well, that's not gonna happen, babe." Worse still, Ron sat in a family member's chair during the service and did not get up when that person returned to their seat after speaking. Both Ron and Matt were overheard gossiping about the widow in the back of the room during the funeral. After such a promising start with Aaron, this was a devastating fall from grace. I would never recommend them in a time of such profound loss.

By taking care of the little touches of the deceased's life, and supplying memory boards to our families so that they may display photographs and memorabilia, we make the funeral service a time to remember a life and promote healing. We also offer a unique custom memorial brochure to our families as an added personal remembrance and keepsake.

What was not OK, especially since she had just passed hours earlier, and especially in this new normal with Covid was the disrespect he showed us. He was not into using proper safety guidelines to the point where he started an argument with me telling me he was over it and that the virus was made in a lab and that it had a patent number. Keep in mind my mother had just passed and we had been up for 2 days giving her medicine hourly. This was horribly disrespectful. I told him I was no longer continuing this conversation and just to do his job, with a mask on. He deals with dead people routinely, you would think he would have enough respect to follow safety measures as he enters someone's home where a person just died. Furthermore why in the world would he start an argument knowing we were grieving and that my mother just passed. If he does this with everyone I can't see how he is still in business. He should have came to the door with a mask on removed my mother and left. No discussions about anything other then my mother's death. He gave us a half hearted apology the next day during our meeting after my step dad told him how dare he come into the house and disrespect our loving family. I do not recommend Klee.

Every detail was well thought out and our comfort and needs were their priority. Ron went well above what we expected by contacting the florist, making dinner reservations for us, delivering flowers to the nursing home, and working quietly behind the scene so we could experience a stress free time. We will definitely be using his services again and will recommend him to everyone one.
