This is a small store but it's packed with tons of good stuff ;) The staff are very knowledgeable and offered lots of suggestions for various ailments. We went in for glucosamine + chondroiton supplement for my husband's bad knees. They help! He would hobble from the pain but after taking supplements for a week, he feels so much better and swears by it. We are on vacation and ran out of what he usually takes and had to come in to find something to take for the time being. They offer a 25% off discount every Mondays. Can't make it into the store? This place is really nice! It's a small herbal store with many different natural remedies. They also have a small grocery section. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you can, go on Monday when everything is discounted, (25% if I remember right). My only wish is that they would carry fresh or bulk herbs...still a nice source if you have an ailment and don't want to go to the dr to get yet another prescription. read more

I went inside to look around for some body care products. There were two people working the counter which I thought was kind of unnecessary because there was only one other customer in the store. I was in there for at least 10 min and neither one of them asked if I needed help. Yeah I could of went up to them but they were literally standing at the counter. They were not proactive at doing anything. This is not how you do business. Anyways I called them to complain and spoke to the female employee and told her what happened and she told me that I could have gone up to them. That's not the fucking point!! You were not doing a fucking thing. You are trying to get people's business!! Anyways I'm going to go to Whole Foods instead-they have plenty of employees that would want to help. $$$$ y'all!!! read more

Great selection of natural products and gifts, but HORRIBLE, ABYSMAL customer service. I literally walked around the store for 15 minutes in search of a specific product. Two different employees walked by without inquiring if I needed assistance. They did go on to assist other customers, all the while completely ignoring me. It's definitely a pattern of behavior as it happens every time i go there. It is extremely annoying. Thank God I have found somewhere else (a place where all customers are treated equal) to buy natural products. read more

A few weeks ago I went to get some essential oils and look for a particular supplement. I looked over the oils for about ten minutes or so, during this time another customer walked in and was so warmly greeted while my presence still was not acknowledged. I had finally selected all the oils I wanted. Then I headed to the supplements section and started to look around aimlessly til I finally went to the counter and asked for help the young lady quickly told me they didn't have that, and I explained it was a folic acid she hastily looked on the computer and then walked to the aisle and looked up and down the shelf to turn to me and say nope we don't have that combination and walked off. As I googled on my phone to see if it would be named something else under the brands they carry. She went on to ask the other customer if she was finding everything ok, and inquired what she was looking for came back to the aisle I was on and went above and beyond by asking this customer relevant question as to what she wanted the supplement for. Ironically I was looking for the same reasons that this customer was. She started to give her plenty suggestions and alternatives as I stood her googling trying to help myself yet again with my presence being ignored. At that point I was extremely offended and politely walked over and handed her my basket with at least $150 in oils and let her know I would go spend my money where it's welcomed. Instead of apologizing her and the manager just looked at me as she said I looked it up for you and told you we didn't have it. I hate to believe that I was treated this way because of the color of my skin, but when people with skin lighter Than mine entered they were so warmly greeted and extended an offer of assistance. So if your skin is dark take your chances going here if you need assistance, hopefully this was an isolated incidence and not the standard treatment. read more

My absolute favorite place to buy supplements/herbs, etc.!!! Mondays are the best, because most items in the store (vitamin and herbal related) are 20% off. The staff and owners are like family to us. We love going just so we can talk to our friends at Good Stuff! They are also very knowledgeable about the items they carry. If they don't have an answer, they will go out of their way to help find an answer for your vitamin/herbal needs. They also carry very neat gifts and have a small food and health care section.
