This place is lucky I was able to only put one star. The people who work there were very kind and nice, but after spending over 500 dollars on new bongs, with added terp slurper sets I've had not 1 but 2 different malfunctions that I've never experienced in my 20 plus years of life. When I returned to the store a day later with my exploded slurper pearls the manager on shift told me that he could not just replace them and that I had to pay 18 additional dollars to get a new slurper set which really irritated me considering I spent over $500.02 days prior. And then not to mention, since I went back to go buy another marble set for my turf slurper because it blew up now my other tarp slurper set is fucking coming apart because it's melting. It was a ball in chain and now it's just a chain because the chain melted off of the ball. I'm 30 years old. I'm a very well experienced dabber and I've never ever had this happen. Don't go to the store. They will rip you off and then they'll make it. You feel like it's your fault when it's their fault For selling faulty equipment. read more

this place doesn't even deserve one star, they sell products for less that have malfunctions! charge extra for using card no matted the dollar amount.. they were informed regarding the product and continue to sell the product which is selling products under false pretenses, very unprofessional! read more

I really enjoy coming here. It could be one of many things I buy but regardless of what it is, I am always satisfied. Unfortunately not all the employees are able to thoroughly run threw every product but thats ok . Things tend to be on the higher end of the norms. But once you enter... you will understand why. They have all your edible making needs and proper grade equipment needed if you're in the market selling edibles in mass quantities. I also can say... they have EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED.... if your selling any quantity of other things I will not mention... oh yeah. Its a smoke shop... yes they sell cigarettes... lol read more

Large tobacco store with a big variety of stock. The parking around back is a little annoying but the staff was friendly.

i'm just confused, yesterday i was in there and my 2 friends and i got id'd? but no where on the shop or in the shop says you have to be 18 or older- and matter of fact last time i was in there there was 2 women with their like 3-5 year old child... so if they want to just up a new rule they can have it posted somewhere because i've never had this problem before. they just lost 3 customers that were willing to pay for a lot of things there, sucks for them. read more

If you are a person of color DO NOT spend money here the staff is racist. You will be followed around the store and watched like a criminal by the white staff. It was incredibly uncomfortable and demeaning. My friend and I just came in to browse and see how we could support a local business but we were instead stalked around the store and repeatedly asked what we needed as a ruse to rush us out of the store. When white customers came in they were not subjected to the same level of hostility and allowed to browse freely without being harassed by staff. We left without making a purchase because we were so uncomfortable and disappointed by the blatant racist behavior exhibited by the staff. read more

They used to make deals with you seeing how its all mostly cheap china glass. Now all of a sudden no deals. they really arent super helpful nor is there always someone on staff that has enough knowledge to assist you in your needs. The staff however will stare at you as if your about to shove a 3 ft "water pipe" up your a$$ and run out. So uncomfortable, I recommend going down to Smokers Alley Roseville honestly. Much more personable, and cheaper experience almost always. Just not even worth giving your money to anymore sadly. They pray on the un educated customer. read more

This is the biggest smoke shop I've ever seen. They seriously have every smoking need covered, plus more. The staff are super polite and so knowledgeable, the customer service just can't be beat. Came in for a simple vape mod and canister, I don't blow clouds and would rather get the nicotine. Guy was really nice and set me up with some decent stuff. Very large store and a lot of different products. A+ store with A+ employees, would recommend to a friend for sure. read more
