They only informed me of this issue after I threatened to contact a lawyer or the authorities. They ignored my messages on social media, phone calls, and emails until I mentioned involving a lawyer. Then they denied ever receiving my messages, even though I have receipts and confirmations from their own website, email, and social media proving that my messages were received. Essentially, they had my money tied up for two weeks without any valid reason, which seems like a tactic to improve their cash flow. I will never order from this company or shop at any of their locations again.
