When we got there we were greeted by all the barbers and our barber Rico sat us down right away. Rico did a very good job, my boys and I liked our haircuts and I was pretty impressed despite some bad reviews. They are really good with the kids and are patient with them. I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely go back. The boys haircuts were $30 and adult I believe was $38, they barbershop is cash only but they do have a ATM on site. They also sell different hair products from texture powders, pomades and hair gel. The barber shop is very clean and parking is always available. Thanks Rico for the clean cut, see you soon!

I have been coming here for over 2 years and it sucks to say that after my experience today, I will…read morenot be coming back here. I was treated very poorly today and it done intentional by the barber. I will start off by saying it was my fault why the barber was in a bad mood. I made an appointment at 9am and arrived 15mins late. I apologized when walked in the store. The barber told me that he had another appointment in 5 mins and to come back at 11am. I agreed as I thought that was fair since I came in late. I apologized again as I left and waited for my new time slot. I come back to the shop at 11am as the barber was finishing up another customer. When I got called on, I apologized a third time as I sat on the chair and then let him know the cut I wanted. As he's cutting my hair he is hitting me on the head with his comb. He did this multi times and even hit me in the eye once. When he needed to adjust the position of my head, he just kept yanking it stiffly with both his hands instead of asking me to move it or placing a hand on the my head and gently guiding it. He used his comb to brush off hair from my shoulders and face instead of using his soft brush. He didnt even ask if I wanted my sideburns squared or tapered off. He quickly flashed his mirror and said I was done. He didn't even touch the front of my head where my bangs are and I pointed it out to him. After 1 last quick snip on my bangs, I paid him and went to my car to check. It was terrible. The sides were long, and not blended. He didnt even go high enough with the buzz razor. You can see to destinct sizes on the side of my head. The top of my head was barely touched and one side was longer than the other. I went back inside to ask him to fix it as it doesnt look good and everything was done poorly. He tried to convince me that he did it how I asked and I told him it looked bad. He agreed to fix me up, and this time he was being gentle. He used the soft bush and even warned me to close my eye when he was using the hairblower to remove hair off me. He did not do this the first time. I left with it being better but no where near the usual work they do for me. I ended up fixing it a lot myself when I got home. I can stand it if the haircut was done differently than how I expected it but I was being mistreated intentionally. The barber acted out maliciously and for what? Because I showed up 15 mins late the first time. Even after I apologized for it 3 times. I've been coming here for 2 years, was late for an appointment once, and this is how you take care of your customers?

I will also say that during my visit the girls working were using profanity in the presence of children which is a big no-no to me and had I not been in the middle of getting my nails done I would have walked out. Also, they really should take that "walk-ins welcome" sign down because that is RARELY the case, 9/10 you will get turned away if you don't have an appointment. With that being said I'll review my experience with the nail tech there. I'm not sure if this girl was new or just nervous but she should have never been hired to work in that salon. The owner tries to defer her responsibilities to satisfy customers after an unpleasant experience by saying that the workers there are self employed and handle their own customers as they wish. Although that may be true she is the one who gave the okay for them to work in her salon under her name which means her reputation is tarnished with every bad experience... You'd think she'd take that more seriously... Anyways moving on. The lady who did my nails was AWEFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL! Not only did she use super glue instead of nail glue...yeah you read that right... but she also failed to sanitize equipment after it fell on the floor. She had such a heavy hand with the nail filing machine that I had to retract my hand because she was carving into my nail and hurting me. She didn't check to see if she was filing my nails evenly once the acrylics were on, seeing as how they were uneven and crooked, and when applying the rhinestones on my nails she was LICKING the tip of her tool to pick up the jewels. Why couldn't she use water? I don't know. The rhinestones fell off within 2 days and needless to say I will not be going back.

Had an absolute horrible experience. Took my daughter in for a haircut. Asked for long wispy bangs…read moreand she ended up with short butchered bangs. I let the hairdresser know more than once to keep them on the longer side. Bangs were so uneven and short at the end. When I told her that I could have done a better job at home she said I was insulting her. Hairdresser even admitted that she had no idea what I was talking about and that she ignored what I said. Said I used the wrong term. I am not a hairdresser and if she was confused she should have clarified. I didn't catch her name but she had blonde and pink hair. Very rude and unproffessional.
