Walked in at 1030 with no appointment. They asked if I could come back at 12, which wasn't a problem. Came back at 12. The lady did an excellent pedicure. I chose the deluxe for $45. The hot oil and rocks felt really good on my aching legs.

Honestly, I was hesitant. The neighborhood isn't so great & there are obviously illegal transactions taking place in the parking lot. However, I just had the BEST foot massage as part of my pedi. Dan is a genius and worked out all the stress. I will go back! read more

Tran Nguyen did my nails, they came out so good! She pays much attention to detail and works very meticulously. I got my old gel ex removed for $10 and she did my nails with a powder for $50 on my natural nails I requested for a nude color and they look very clean. My only concern is when I came in it smelled very toxic, so wear a mask or ask for better ventilation when you come. read more

Very professional! I called ahead for an appointment and they were able to see me right on time. I really appreciated that the staff respected my decision on kind of pedicure I wanted. There was absolutely no pressure or comments to push for something more expensive. I selected a pedicure with the hot stone massage and callus scrub and they did an excellent job! I'd highly recommend. I've gone to several nail salons in the high desert and this is my favorite so far! read more

I went to get my eyebrows down. I asked the brow tech to clean them up good because they were really wild because had not gotten them done in weeks. First, the shape was good but she did not clean them well I had to go home and tweeze all the hair she did not do. Now, another good part was that she was gentle and that I appreciated. I will go back but think I'm going to ask for another brow tech.......Nails are next! Let's see how that goes! read more

I was not impressed. Although I did come in as a walk in and they did get me in quick. I did not like the eyebrow service I received. I will say she was knowledgeable about wax vs. threading. She did not shape them well. She felt hair in places it shouldn't be and I experienced swelling. Probably will not be back. read more

Look at my feet. I still have dry skin on my toes. After a pedi from Kim. My feet were dry and the corn area on my toes still had skin. I would not come back here for a pedi. I also had to wait 2 hrs! Yes, I came for a walk in, receptionist told me to come back in 1 Hour and I did. Then he says I didn't make an appoint when I left the first time. I told him, you said come back in an hour so I did. He should have told me then by asking my name and setting the appointment not just let me walk out. I paid 22 for this half job. Never again! I could of painted and scrubbed my own feet. They might be good for nails but my feet were horrible. read more

Fortunately I had a client cancel on me which gave me the opportunity to search for some self-care. Today I was treated with the upmost dignity and respect. My gel manicure was beyond compare. The cuticle removal was worth the entire costs and the service was unbeatable. When in Barstow don't hesitate to drop inside the oasis of Soleil Nails and Spa. It was a terrible mistake coming here today!!! I came in tired from work for my first time for a pedicure and I have a problem of ingrown toe nails so if you're a professional like the Asian lady told me she was you should know what exactly you're doing well I ended up telling her if you don't know what you're doing then don't mess with my feet she left my feet worser than how I came in they're salon. I got the $27pedicure she didn't even remove my cuticle nor did she paint them she was literally rushing to finish up then to top it of I asked Kevin to give me some type of discount and he tells me no it's not my problem giving me attitude and I noticed they were talking bad about me in they're language smh worse fucking service ever!!!What kind of professionals are you with the worst costumer service ever??? Currently they have new girls working who don't know how to do nice pedicure. I understand they're busy but if you're paying for a nice pedicure and have a few options of nail salons in Barstow you would expect a good work to be done to satisfy your customers Ana is so far the best good work and customer service is awesome. New to Fort Irwin and dreaded the drive to Barstow. I can say it was all worth it. Kevin did an awesome job with my refill. He did a better job than the ladies in Louisiana, because he shaped them to were they actually look like my natural nails. Ms. Michelle and Lisa did my daughter and I pedicure (Green Tea). Our feet feel amazing!!!! I would recommend this to all within this area. It's better to have an appointment because they take care of you instead of having a lobby full of patrons and feel rushed out of your seat. Thank you guys for an awesome experience!! read more

I will also say that during my visit the girls working were using profanity in the presence of children which is a big no-no to me and had I not been in the middle of getting my nails done I would have walked out. Also, they really should take that "walk-ins welcome" sign down because that is RARELY the case, 9/10 you will get turned away if you don't have an appointment. With that being said I'll review my experience with the nail tech there. I'm not sure if this girl was new or just nervous but she should have never been hired to work in that salon. The owner tries to defer her responsibilities to satisfy customers after an unpleasant experience by saying that the workers there are self employed and handle their own customers as they wish. Although that may be true she is the one who gave the okay for them to work in her salon under her name which means her reputation is tarnished with every bad experience... You'd think she'd take that more seriously... Anyways moving on. The lady who did my nails was AWEFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL! Not only did she use super glue instead of nail glue...yeah you read that right... but she also failed to sanitize equipment after it fell on the floor. She had such a heavy hand with the nail filing machine that I had to retract my hand because she was carving into my nail and hurting me. She didn't check to see if she was filing my nails evenly once the acrylics were on, seeing as how they were uneven and crooked, and when applying the rhinestones on my nails she was LICKING the tip of her tool to pick up the jewels. Why couldn't she use water? I don't know. The rhinestones fell off within 2 days and needless to say I will not be going back.

The owner asked if I wanted both services done at the same time because they were busy, and being understanding, I said yes. While she was removing my old set, two customers walked in and she immediately stopped working on me to attend to them. I wasn't rude about it. I understood she was busy and told her to go ahead. What I didn't expect was for the quality of my service to suffer because of it. When my nails were finished, I was honestly shocked. The shape was uneven, the nails looked rushed, and there is absolutely no way anyone thought I was about to walk out of that salon happy with those results. As soon as I saw them, I knew something wasn't right. Now let me be clear: I am not one of those customers who expects perfection. But if I'm paying for a professional service, I expect my nails to at least look professionally done. Especially when I was patient, flexible, and understanding throughout the entire appointment. The most disappointing part wasn't even the nails themselves. It was the feeling that once other customers came in, my appointment became an afterthought. Nobody likes feeling like they're being squeezed in while still paying full price. I'm a cosmetology student, so I understand being busy. I understand scheduling challenges. I understand the beauty industry. What I don't understand is rushing through a service and expecting a customer to be satisfied with work that clearly wasn't your best. Needless to say, I did not leave feeling like a bad bitch. I left wondering why anyone thought those nails were acceptable. I hate writing negative reviews, but people spend good money on self-care services and deserve honest feedback before booking. Unfortunately, this experience was not worth the money, and I won't be returning.

I was treated very poorly today and it done intentional by the barber. I will start off by saying it was my fault why the barber was in a bad mood. I made an appointment at 9am and arrived 15mins late. I apologized when walked in the store. The barber told me that he had another appointment in 5 mins and to come back at 11am. I agreed as I thought that was fair since I came in late. I apologized again as I left and waited for my new time slot. I come back to the shop at 11am as the barber was finishing up another customer. When I got called on, I apologized a third time as I sat on the chair and then let him know the cut I wanted. As he's cutting my hair he is hitting me on the head with his comb. He did this multi times and even hit me in the eye once. When he needed to adjust the position of my head, he just kept yanking it stiffly with both his hands instead of asking me to move it or placing a hand on the my head and gently guiding it. He used his comb to brush off hair from my shoulders and face instead of using his soft brush. He didnt even ask if I wanted my sideburns squared or tapered off. He quickly flashed his mirror and said I was done. He didn't even touch the front of my head where my bangs are and I pointed it out to him. After 1 last quick snip on my bangs, I paid him and went to my car to check. It was terrible. The sides were long, and not blended. He didnt even go high enough with the buzz razor. You can see to destinct sizes on the side of my head. The top of my head was barely touched and one side was longer than the other. I went back inside to ask him to fix it as it doesnt look good and everything was done poorly. He tried to convince me that he did it how I asked and I told him it looked bad. He agreed to fix me up, and this time he was being gentle. He used the soft bush and even warned me to close my eye when he was using the hairblower to remove hair off me. He did not do this the first time. I left with it being better but no where near the usual work they do for me. I ended up fixing it a lot myself when I got home. I can stand it if the haircut was done differently than how I expected it but I was being mistreated intentionally. The barber acted out maliciously and for what? Because I showed up 15 mins late the first time. Even after I apologized for it 3 times. I've been coming here for 2 years, was late for an appointment once, and this is how you take care of your customers?

With that being said I'll review my experience with the nail tech there. I'm not sure if this girl was new or just nervous but she should have never been hired to work in that salon. The owner tries to defer her responsibilities to satisfy customers after an unpleasant experience by saying that the workers there are self employed and handle their own customers as they wish. Although that may be true she is the one who gave the okay for them to work in her salon under her name which means her reputation is tarnished with every bad experience... You'd think she'd take that more seriously... Anyways moving on. The lady who did my nails was AWEFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL! Not only did she use super glue instead of nail glue...yeah you read that right... but she also failed to sanitize equipment after it fell on the floor. She had such a heavy hand with the nail filing machine that I had to retract my hand because she was carving into my nail and hurting me. She didn't check to see if she was filing my nails evenly once the acrylics were on, seeing as how they were uneven and crooked, and when applying the rhinestones on my nails she was LICKING the tip of her tool to pick up the jewels. Why couldn't she use water? I don't know. The rhinestones fell off within 2 days and needless to say I will not be going back.

I explained to him that we moved out of Silver Lakes and we now live in Victorville but I was willing to come out there because he did a good job before. He tells me he can meet me there at 6:00 tonight. I drive out there get there 10 minutes early and then when he didnt show up, I texted him at 6:25 and he rambled on about how he had a lot of people text him and he had X-rays and his kid was hot and crying... he then said he doesn't make same-day appointments and that he thought I needed it done before Saturday. It would have been fine if he had just said oh I messed up and forgot but no, he tried to argue with me and acted like he hadn't made an appointment with me at all. Why would I make up having an appointment at a certain time and make a 40 min drive if you hadn't set that up? It makes no sense. I then contacted my other friend who I know goes there and she said he had done the same thing to her as well. That is really no way to run a business especially in a small community because eventually people will either talk or they'll get tired of showing up and you're not there. EDIT AND UPDATE: More BS from this reply... he never apologized or offered to give my son a free haircut! WOW, all I can say is next time really apologize instead of blaming on the customer and that will probably be sufficient.

I just love, love, love this place! I'm fairly new to Barstow and tried another nail salon near Stater Brothers that just wasn't my cup of tea. I called early and recieved a same day appointment. When I got to the shop everyone was so helpful and friendly. Very little wait time for me. I purchased a mani, pedi and brow wax. Tried mermaid gel nails for the first time and I am in LOVE with my natural nails. For those who know it reminds me of candy paint, sparkly blue and turns purple in the light. No fuss, no issues, fast and attentive workers. I'm definitely going again and if you haven't tried them, well you really should. They do such beautiful work. I didn't catch the name of the first lovely lady I worked with, but Ms. L is just wonderful. They're fantastic and I couldn't be more happy about my decision to come here!!! read more

My new spot! I have tried many nail salons in Hesperia/Victorville and have never had such a beautiful set of acrylic nails like I have here! Peter took care of me and I will definitely be making a trip from Hesperia to Barstow when I need my nails done again. He took his time and made sure my nails looked like how I wanted them. After it was all said and done he put oil on the nails/cuticles and then wrapped my hands in a hot wet towel! Never had anything of even a decent experience anywhere else. This place is the s***!!! This salon is beautiful and clean! I appreciate their extended hours. I came by with my cousin at about 6pm inquiring about their availability and they made an appt for both of us an hour later at 7pm, which was great especially being such short notice. I gave this rating because I really believe that their prices should reflect quality of service and this is the case. Kim is so great at what she does and takes her time. I never once felt rushed. Shop was quite busy when I came in, they wrote down my name and told me to come back at 6. I did some shopping at Marshals next door and came back and they got me right in. Very polite staff, did an excellent job on my nails and even though there was a steady flow of customers it didn't feel like they were rushing through anyone's nails or pedicures. I appreciate the attention to detail taken with my nails. Definitely a great experience and I will be going back in a couple weeks to get them done again. I am a first time client and I had a wonderful experience! I got a pedicure today and it was amazing. I got the 45$ one and it was so relaxing.. they also offered me wine or green tea and I got a 15 min massage included! I definitely recommend this place!! Will be returning.
