I was very pleasantly surprised to learn that, not only did they have it sitting on the shelf, but that the wait time for the installation process was just a little under an hour and 15 minutes. Dylan was able to resurrect my 6S from its long-ailing, constantly restarting state for about $100, and provided me with tips on how to keep the battery healthy during recharge cycles before I left, as well as giving me an overview of how my phone's wiring was doing.. I haven't had any problems since--not even a popup about the battery being a replacement. If you're looking for slightly more specific hardware, like a button, you may have to wait a day or so for them to order it, but these are people I would absolutely trust to pop it in.
