They ensure that my tenants are in a safe and clean environment. If something needs to be repaired they get it fixed quickly. If the repair is a bit more costly, they help get multiple quotes and work with me on the timing of the repair whenever possible. 2. They keep their portal updated so I can see the income and expense details. 3. I get a monthly report from the property manager letting me know what is going on at the properties. 4. They have good customer service. If I have a question or if the tenant has a question they respond quickly to address the question/concern. 5. They are detail oriented. This is especially important when you work with financial transactions. I couldn't be happier to work with the team at Stanbrough. Tobit has become a trusted business partner. In my voice mail message I provided my cell phone number contact, and explained that I currently resided in Nebraska but was interested in viewing the Radcliffe property. Guess what? NO RESPONSE. I was willing to drive FOUR HOURS to view her property and I did not even get the common courtesy of a response. The old saying, 'You never get a second chance to make a first impression" applies to Iowa Realty. I have heard others express that realtors are the new 'used car salesmen' and my personal experience has bore this out. Shameful. The house we bought has bedroom windows that won't close, needs a new roof (inspector didn't even get on a ladder, just "surveyed from the ground), and has thermostats on 2nd floor and basement that are ornamental only- they aren't hooked up to anything, and I was gifted an attic full of garbage. House has intercom and speakers but the wires are cut. I would've loved to had someone advocating for me and my family and shouldn't have relied on this one realtor to "play both sides" as someone had to lose out. Posted is my bedroom temp in early June. This is as cool as it gets as there is no working AC or heat to bedroom. I'm heavy and have always tried to sleep at 68 degrees.

They talked all kinds of crap about us on our cameras to their future renter! We still have the footage!! What a disgusting, unprofessional, and dishonest company!! $191 for burnt out lightbulbs? $600+ for cleaning the home after we left? Wouldn't you have to clean it anyways? Charging pet fees when they were service animals? I'd be embarrassed and ashamed to work for this organization which they call a company! Will be seeking legal representation!! Trying to converse with them is like pulling teeth. our monthly HOA fee is nearly $200 and they hardly do any work on the property. Parking lot floods, they use crow tow and will tow anyone (regardless of how short they are parked there), will not be kind in any communications, and do not treat their home owning residents with any respect. I would rather have no property management company and instead just pay substantially less for snow removal and mowing of the property. There is nothing this company does for the property that would warrant a $200 monthly fee.

I have submitted maintenance requests online, per their recommendation and they ignore them. I call and speak with Tom about these requests and nothing is ever done. My yard looks abysmal - sprinklers do not work, the hostas they planted 3 summers ago died after the first year and theyhave not bothered to replace them...the townhomes in MeadowRidge are looking more and more rundown, especially the ones closest to I-35. The HOA simply does not care.
