No Goode - It's been over a year and they still havn't returned to clean up the mess they left. The last correspondence I had with Ashley she told me to GFY. Most of the joints are still leaking - all of the downspouts are not plumb, the gutters are not pitched properly and I am still picking up debris in my shrubs. During the installation I had issues - however the installers did not speak or understand english. Every day they worked I supplied them with water and sports drinks but that wasn't enough for one of the members of the goode family, he wanted spring water. In their advertising they claim that their work is meticulous but it's more like rediculous. Dealing with them was a nightmare and the worse decision I ever made. read more

The prices were really good, but I ended up going with a different company which was just a little more because of the reviews. They have a lot of bad reviews and I didn't want to be another person to add to that. They may do good work, I don't know. They were very friendly, the measurements seemed accurate and the price was good, bit put again, I went another direction solely based on bad reviews. Hopefully they get better read more

Goode Brothers installed gutters and a leaf screen a couple of years ago. Very satisfied with the product the installation and the price. Add to that - follow up service! One of the owners paid me a visit to check out my leaf guards per my request since a new roof was installed recently and I wasn't sure the guards were reinstalled correctly. They were, all good and no service charge. Can't beat that. read more

The worst of the worst! Skipped appointment after appointment to install my gutters. Hung up on multiple times. Contacted by one of their ex-employees who told me to find someone else as they are unreliable and untrustworthy. Finally contacted by an ex-employee who offered to do the job on his own. Was at my home the next day and did a great install. Can not even get in touch with the management and decision makers at Goode Bros. Keep getting placed on hold and then hung up on. Don't buy into any sales pitch that they have. I'm convinced they are scammers.....but they cash checks very quickly!! read more

we had this company do Gutters and guards and 2 French drains. The gutter guards are crap, screen that lets all the small twigs and pine needles to fill gutter a waste of money. The French drains they charged a lot for they never did correctly they sent a kid back and he's asking me how to do it. he left and never connected the pipe together and another hole in my yard. do yourself a favor choose another company. read more

I had my gutters installed almost a year ago and they weren't the cheapest by a long shot. They made a good sales pitch and I thought I would be supportive of a local small business. I learned that a section is not properly pitched and retaining water. When I called to schedule a warranty repair, they never returned my phone calls. After a week I tried again and left more messages. When I reached someone, it took 2 phone calls to talk with someone to schedule. Then on the scheduled date they were a no show with no phone call. When I reached someone they said someone would call to reschedule. A week later still no call. I leave more messages and I finally speak to the owner. He promises someone will be here at 9am first thing on Saturday. Now it is 2pm and still no one is here. My recommendation is to look elsewhere for your gutters. Goode Brothers came to fix 6 leaks in our super gutters on December 6th with JB Weld...for $750 dollars. They sent a guy that was here for 50 minutes and did not use the contracted product. The next day, all 6 leaks were leaking. After breaking 3 appointments to redo the job (my husband and I waited all day each time), I finally told the owner just to give us our money back. But, she talked me into a 4th appointment...and Goode Brothers broke that appointment, as well. It's January 25th and we do not have our money back. We had Goode Brothers install our screen on our lanai and it looks great!!! However- we then had Nick come back on October 7th to measure for another screen for our garage and also 2 renaissance patio's and as of today December 11th, we have not received any quotes. We have called Goode, left voicemails, text them, emailed them. Still no response. Over 2 months and no quotes on anything and no response from the company. I had goode brothers install gutters on 2 houses as there prices were good and they offer a 20 year warranty. I had a issue with the installation on one of the houses because they didn't install enough downspouts so water would run into my house in heavy downpours. I called and finally they agreed to send a worker out to fix the problem but unfortunately he forgot to bring any material, but promised he would be back. Today was my install date to install the gutters screen for my house. The appointment time was 8 am... No one showed up until 11:40 am. 2 guys came and told me they had the wrong size... whoever gave us an estimate ordered the wrong stubs. I called the office and spoke to a lady who took care of my account all these times. And she simply said they had a new guy, and he did not know what to order. I can cancel or they will order the correct one. I told her that this was not right, and my husband drove Orlando to St. Augustine to see this installation .. In the middle of the talk, she hung up the phone. I called her again, but did not pick up or just hung up again. We've been waiting this a month and my husband took the day off to go see them. I am so shocked at how they handle customer service. I am just a waste of time and feel so dirty that I chose this company to begin with. Omg Ashley from goode brothers rain gutters is crazy. Almost 2 years ago I called this company to install rain gutters on my appraisal complex in Daytona beach Florida. Ashley who was in charge informed her worker to install the rain gutters on a different building i sumos not even own! How stupid can you be? After writing several bad reviews about this company. Ashley still calls and harass me at 1am to 3am almost every day. She is now my official stocker. This women is very unstable and has wasted 2 years of her life stoking me late at night with phone calls and derogatory text messages. Warning do not use this unprofessional company. And can Ashley husband please call me to get your wife to stop this childish game of 2 years of harassment. Imagine if she put this much energy into running your business in a professional manner. I had a minor repair need. Goode Brothers Seamless Gutters is a catchy name as are their radio commercials. I visited their website and they speak of their clients as being, not clients, but "neighbors". You, or at least I did, get a sense of a company who is heartfelt and cares about you, but no. My minor repair encompassed a soffit that ultimately needed six screws to hold the tracking. The tracking in turn holds the soffit panels in place. Their technician rang the door bell at 8:25 am. He looked at the problem and said "I can fix this." Ten minutes later at 8:35 he was done. He told my wife and I that he needed to call the office to find out the cost of the repair. He returned saying the repair cost $300. My wife and I chuckled and asked for the cost again, so I could write the check. He repeated the cost is $300. We were shocked. We disputed the cost. He negotiated saying, "If you write a check right now it will be $200." It was then, I realized we were dealing with scoundrels. A company that would take advantage of the their "neighbors". I called the Better Business Bureau. The Bureau told me that they were not surprised due to the fact that Goode Brothers Seamless Gutters had a Better Business rating of D-. In addition they told me that there were two active complaints against them, which they were dodging. This is an actual email I received from the owner Ashley Goode: "Ok he said you said to fix it "it does not matter what it cost" we have a minimum 300 change I can take 100 since he did not discuss with you prior, and I am considering letting him go now since this is his second complaint like this, please let me know if you think that is appropriate." Hired Goode Brothers to examine my roof because of some water damage around the porch. Had recently purchased home. Two other roofing companies barely looked at roof and started hard-selling me ( an older female) to immediately run my credit and sign a contract to reroof the entire home. I may note that as part of buying this home I'd had a roof inspection and it passed. Goode Brothers pointed out that I did have leak where previous owner added a porch with overhang, and it just needed to be sealed. Texted with them the following day....said they were sorry and tried to call but they were given the wrong customer. Advised they would do the install on 5/18/23. I would Not recommend this company. They do not follow through on anything. They "forgot" about the appointment to get an estimate. Then they were late to give the estimate. Sure forgivable. We got a confirmation text for Wednesday April 7th. One week later got another one changing the date to the 6th. After showing them the original message and reminding them they "rembered" and Wednesday was no problem. I call them at 12:30 today to get an eta and am surprised to find out my wife had cancelled. Well no she hadn't but at that point I certainly did. Whoever runs that office displays classic signs of a heavy weed-smoker. She has no memory and can't remember who is scheduled. I will find somebody reliable to do the job rather than wasting another day off. I really expected more from a company that claims to be Veteran owned. Get your stuff together! read more

Indicated to me that they could definitely fix and would get quote to me that evening. That was a week ago today. I have called and spoken with girls in office. The guy said right before they left, that everything was fixed, fine, and I would have no more problems. BUT .... the leaks STILL leak. I hired Goode brothers to fix a leak in my tile roof. after many visits in the span of four months my roof was never fixed, causing water to enter my living room. I understand that they guarantee their work for three years but I lost patience and couldn't continue to use them. I have since hired a tile specialists, which I should have done in the first place and the leak was fixed after just one visit. This cost me additional money. This is a bit overdue, but I did want to make sure the work held up and if there were any issues that Goode Brothers would be responsive. It's now been several storms and a couple of months post repair on a roof that is under six years old. I got several estimates before I hired Goode Brothers. They were not the cheapest or most expensive estimate but provided a warranty on their work and I felt very confident hiring them because Quentin was very patient in explaining exactly what needed to be done and Ashley was responsive to a few other questions I had after his visit. The work was scheduled, completed within a day and the area left spotless. Last week I heard some very strange sound coming from the roof and while it was a sunny day, we'd recently had a very bad storm that came with high winds and hail. I contacted Goode Brothers on Friday and scheduled someone to come out today. It was Quentin and, I was very happy to see him. It turned out to be a needless visit as all is in order and it was probably a critter making all that noise, but I really appreciated how quickly Goode Brothers responded to ease my mind. It's nice to know that after you've paid a bill for service that a company will stand behind their work. I would have no reservations referring them to friends, family, and neighbors. read more

My gutters are leaking between the trim and gutters. Multiple calls and never got to talk to owners. Always some saying they'll give Ashley the message. Down spouts had to be completed by paved installers and family. We are in our 70's and not able to complete the job on our own. Not happy with customer service. read more

Totally Satisfied!! Ashley was able to get us on the schedule within 30 days of first contact. I have an older home and Good Brothers were able to fit the gutters on with no problems. The guys came out and was able to complete the install in only 2 hrs. The job was completed on the same day as promised. I would definetly hire this company again. read more

Although work was completed, it was not done as scheduled, tried to sabotage existing gutter on my home with company logo t-shirt to get future work that would not have been necessary. No follow up when finished with job, only schetchy answers. Owner would not return phone calls! Now with Negative Review in place, company trying to work out issues to make negative feedback disappear. Very disappointed, no clean up, metal debris all over my yard, screws left out and hardware missing on original job! Came out to look at the job, came back to install what was supposed to be gutters and leaf guards. Gutters are literally falling off the building and leaf guards never appeared. After many calls and emails.....nothing! Now we are stuck with defective materials on our nice, new metal building. Not enough down spouts were made, making the one down spout inappropriate, causing a gigantic hole in our back yard. We called for help and the company came by, but did not connect with us.
