The angry customer below me..... please allow me to clarify I was at the store enjoying my time when he came in... he purchased his mod over a month ago. The store's receipt clearly states "no returns or exchanges". They present you your product before you pay to make sure everything is in working order and even allow you to make sure everything is okay. He brings in a MOD which looks to be have ran over by some sort of vehicle, dropped a dozen times, opened up to "attempt" to self fix and "glued" back (didn't even have the time to screw back the screws he took out) . He has claimed things have been opened, used and resold at a huge mark up. Even the juices are a huge markup? Listen buddy, gas station ejuice is obviously your thing. Vaporetti's ejuices are a bit cheaper then retail but your at the point your so angry that you need to lie and defamate a business to gain some sort of relief. They stand by every product they carry and will at least "work" with you to make sure your leave happy. Bring a slashed tire to a auto shop and tell them they sold you the tire that way and get angry when they wont replace it...then go on yelp and lie about everything. He was snide an combative before as well. I asked if he had a deal on vape fluid on *the same day and he said that the " deal " he had was selling flavored fluid to me illegally. The guy was a jerk. There are better places to go than this place for sure.
