Customer service and personal interaction between staff and customer is definitely something that impacts patronizing the business. I really liked the previous staff l but the current staff is very friendly and very nice. I find the management to be a little bit rough and a little bit unapproachable and act entitled. I'm not sure why they can't keep staff, but I think that maybe the management is part of the reason. I've purchased a lot of different product from glass pipes, sex toys,detox products, insence and kratom over the years (just a quick plug-in that The Point is my place and I've been going there for like 15 years and I get my tattoos at Providence Tatoos.)
