I had just accidentally burned part of my beard, eyebrows and hair off by a freak accident while camping a few nights before and was in dire need of some help with my hair. She listened to what i was looking for, and did an absolutely amazing job. I was so glad that i decided to come here. The staff are all very helpful, and super nice. The inside is very clean and has an awesome barber hang-out vibe and the prices are fair. I will definitely come back when i am in town next for a hair and beard trim. Thank you Joy!!

The two barbers that were there said no they were booked for the rest of the day and that's when I asked them to clarify that they don't do walk-ins. Apparently it's by appointment only when on the front door they have a sign that says "walk ins welcomed!" to make matters worse, they both acted like I was another barber's client, even though there were no other barbers there. Then one barber had the audacity to try and make me wait the rest of the day for an opening. I don't know what's going on with this barbershop but they were extremely unhelpful. They did not greet me when I walked in and they didn't even apologize for making me wait so long.

Booked today with someone different (upstairs) because the first stylist is booked out till next week and didn't get any where near the same service. I got a 10 min cut and trimmed a few things in beard..... I booked the VIP beard and hair cut again. No hot towel, no shaving or lining up with hot cream and a razor. No straighten up beard. Clearly they are trained to keep any kinda standard or it's not enforced. Not sure if I'll be back next month or not. Disappointed for sure.
