Jim said all the right things, and I was very happy with his quote. He communicated well via email about when he could come. He and his crew showed up and did a fantastic job. They bricked in the gap where the exhaust came out, properly insulating and sealing as they did so, and painstakingly addressed the likely factors in the water intrusion. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. I wish I had had him work on my chimney a couple of years ago instead of a certain other company who overcharged me and reneged on a necessary service they had promised but carefully not included in the contract. He would have done a better job and charged me less.
