Today service manager Lee Cochrane came out for a request to relocate the unit to the furnace room where it would be less prominent, basically out of sight. What I thought would be a long and costly solution, Lee moved the unit in minutes connecting to condensation pump line to the one on the furnace. No need to drill a new hole to the outside. He said that it was amazing no jacks had been put in previously, the distance between the beams was much too far and the wooden joists were cracking. Totally respectable workers and employees from start to finish! I feel like I got a new driveway for the fraction of the price of removing the old concrete and pouring new slab's. They used a pressurized slurry of limestone injected through the concrete to level the slabs across my entire driveway. The diamond ground all of the joints between my house and the driveway and between all of the slabs and sealed it perfectly! The before and after is incredible. Thrilled with the work and will recommend them to anyone who needs to have concrete leveling done!
