1/15/25 Called Goodfellow Locksmith because my 10-year-old electric lock has been giving me troubles this whole past fall. (Already changed the batteries, and the bolt fit the door fine.) Sometime it is a real concern that I'm not going to be able to lock my door at night! It started giving me fits again, so yesterday I called Harry at Goodfellow locks, and asked if he could come out tomorrow, which he did. Like everyone else who has interacted with Harry, I was super pleased with how everything went! After he fixed my front door, I told him I have a bit of a problem with my back door flip-over-the-lock thing as a backup to my deadbolt, but over time, my house has shifted, and it wouldn't work properly. Honestly, I had a handyman here in the fall, and HE didn't know what to do to fix it, so I just let it go. But Harry looked at it and said "I know what to do to fix this! Let me go get my screw gun." And in less than 3 minutes, Harry had fixed my back door backup lock too! What a relief to have both my front door and my back door secure and working great!!
