Outstanding Experience! Highly Recommended! Here is my story: I had lost my only set of car keys and was franticly searching for a solution. I was having a terrible day! The dealer wanted me to tow my car in and have them do the key cutting and programming. It was going to cost somewhere around $300 or more and with probably $150-200 on top of that for the tow. So I started searching online and found Ron from Lock Works and saw that he offers the same kind of service and he will come to the location. My 2011 Subaru had a unique kind of key and he was not able to use a 3rd party blank key and did some research and found out that these Subaru's need a dealer provided Subaru Key, (or something like that). He went out of his way to locate the proper key across town and came back to my location to finish the job. I could tell that he wanted to make sure he was successful and did not want to leave me hanging. When you have a family of 4 and one car, you really depend on it for many things! Ron was very thorough and friendly. He even remembered that we disconnected the horn to try and reduce the noise of the alarm when we were working on it, and reconnected it for me. (I was not present during the final key coding but my wife was there). The battery needed to be jumped and he took care of that as well. The final price was a fraction of what I was expecting to pay, and he did not charge for any extra time or labor with my unique situation. My daughter bought a new car with only one key. She lost it the next day. I called several ads for lock smiths. The answer was always the same. They couldn't give me a quote (even approximate) without the driver coming out. That's where you get ripped off. The quoteless driver arrives and if the fee is too much (exorbident) you still have to pay them sonething because they asked for your credit card before coming The situation was easy. Find the code by the manufacturer and program the transponder key for entry and starting. Ron was honest and up front about what he could do. He asked for appropriate documentation. He quoted me a price and the price stuck in spite of some technical difficulties with WIFI connections. We got it done and I made sure all my family got his phone number in their phones for future situations with locks. He is honest and fair and his price was too. So my keys were stolen with my Dodge charger key on it I only had one key I called lockworks ,730am Ron came out within an hour of me calling him and had my system reset the old key disabled so there was no threat of anyone coming back and stealing my car are there being a key out there which was such a reinsurance to me my new keys made in under 20 minutes if I would have went through Dodge I would have had to have paid roughly about $400 I paid less one-third of that with Ron 125 he also made sure I had a template key in case I needed a new key cut later on which saves you a lot of trouble and it's nice to have as a backup and I was back on the road ready to go to work and take my son to school and any single mom knows those are two very important things in life thanks again Ron I recommend your service to anyone, honest business I give them a 5-star rating read more

Had a great experience today! My car keys had gradually warn to the point where I couldn't start my ignition. I actually had to call in to work today because I couldn't turn the key! The reviews on here were great so I tried Lock Works Mobile Service and I am so glad I did! He had a busy day, but I was in no rush so he came this evening. Within 40 minutes he had made me 4 brand new, perfect keys that work beautifully! He had only quoted me for 2 keys, but wanted to make sure he got them just right so he made 2 extra. I called my roadside service provider who "assisted" me in finding a locksmith for $79.95 then set me up with an out of business company and a company that could not open a Jeep. A local car dealer gave me Lock Works number. He was there in a reasonable time, got my Jeep open and even made me 2 spare keys, all for almost half of what me roadside service provider charged. You know the feeling. The door closes behind you just as you realize that all three sets of keys are still inside. So you check your pockets again, just in case, and cuss your freeloading dog for not reminding you to grab your keys. Well, I called Lock Works and I was impressed. I lost the keys to my '64 Fairlane. The first locksmith company I called had a call center somewhere and the lady who answered was rude. I called Ron at Lock Works and he was so nice, knowledgeable and prompt. He quoted me a price that was less than half the first locksmith.
