They have just gone 24 hours and now have a face scanner to allow access to the centre after hours. There is a kids club during the morning so now there is no excuse to miss your workout... They have a pool, great gym, free weights and classes out the wahzoo! There is something for everybody here, lots of more mature people also. This is the gym I have signed my teenage daughter up to so she gets a feel for a non judgmental good quality gym, without the emphasis on an unhealthy or unrealistic body image. They have daily classes (which is amazing if you get sick from lift wheights), a ladys room (with equipment, machines and cardio... you can stretch there too), the main space for workout, they have a little cafe if you are not so motivated for your workout, the bathroons (ladys and i believe mens too) have lockers, showers and you can hope into the steam room or sauna for a relaxing finish. The also have a Olympic swimming pool with aqua classes that is fun. Child car and squash courts. Its a complete gym worth the money!
