As soon as you walk in, to your left, there are about four or five aisles of it. Lots of cute stuff. It's just hard to think if it, when it is super hot outside! I checked out the Food section because I am always searching for Tea. I found one that was marked down. I checked out the Beauty section and the Womens Clothing Clearance sections. I found two sunblock items, bot marked down, Yay! All three items were marked down. Good timing, too, because our other Spray was out. Usually, the checkout line is really long. But it wasn't bad yesterday afternoon. This store is very clean. Not really messy either. That's a good thing. This is my second favorite location. First is at Sahara and Hualapai.

I've also found cute clothes, home décor, furniture, kitchen items you name it, I've probably bought it here at some point. The store is usually clean and organized, and the employees have always been friendly and helpful whenever I've needed assistance. Overall, I've never had a bad experience shopping here. My only complaint is the T.J. Maxx Rewards credit card pitch at checkout. I completely understand that the cashiers are doing their job, and this isn't directed at them at all. But being asked two or three times after I've already said "no" gets frustrating. A simple "No thanks" should be enough. It makes what starts as a pleasant checkout experience feel unnecessarily awkward by the end. If management or corporate ever reads these reviews, I'd suggest letting cashiers ask once. If the customer declines, just move on. I honestly think customers would leave the store with a much better overall impression. Other than that, this is a fantastic T.J. Maxx, they have a good deals, and I'll definitely keep shopping here.

So I drove far to the arroyo location and a manager helped me super rude to begin with and told me I couldn't use it and was speaking to me like a child , and besides that another work next to her stated me down like I was wanted in the store . I was given wrong information but they could've at least accommodate me as I drove far to purchase that item. I felt like I was getting profiled in that store. Someone should speak to the so called manager Veronica super rude attitude from the beginning.

A few weeks ago I stopped in to buy some black slacks. I tried them on quickly, purchased them and was out of the store in minutes. After I got home I took them out of the bag and set them on our ottoman so my wife could take them to get altered ( they were 34/30 and I'm closer to 34/28). The next day she noticed the stitching near the zipper and also near the crotch was coming undone. Not worn, not washed. So she put them in my car when I got home and recommended I exchange them. Returned to MW a week later on my day off and the one young kid working there said he could not return them due to the damage and a small dust stain. Keep in mind, they sold them to me, already having shoddy stitching. My fault for not inspecting them more thoroughly when I bought them, but I was in a hurry and never had a problem with their products before. The young man said a manager would have to approve the exchange, so I asked when the manager would be in. I went back today after work, said pants in a MW bag, without the tags, unfortunately (wife tossed them out). Walked in the store, 3 young guys at the counter on their phones, no greeting until I got to the counter. Also, no other customers present. Explained the situation to the "manager", Micheal, and after a quick look he refused to return, exchange or even credit me, stating he would not return them because of the damage and lack of tags. I persisted, stating I know they can return them to the manufacturer for credit, so what's the big deal. He denied me again and said he would not exchange them, obviously trying to impress his 2 coworkers with his "Manager" title. I left the pants and told him I won't return again. You lost 15-20 loyal customers over a cocky, arrogant kid and a $90 pair of slacks. One more note, it would seem that this kid has cost you customers before (see Samuel D's review from 10 months ago).

The salts provided with water in the lobby, the perfect size of rooms, the length of the bookings, the TV, and oooo that frozen towel for after- it's all so good. My second time around I had the size/shape sauna that allowed me to do a plank on the floor or stretch out to lay on the bench, but I've also had a corner shape before and I don't think you can choose which shape you want, but they provide weights if you want to add to your sweat! I absolutely love to infrared sauna, my family has the same one back home and if you've never tried it vs. a traditional sauna, it's like a healthy microwave for your body haha. It heats things from the inside out while clearing your body of so many bad things, gets your heart racing like you just did a hardcore workout, and gets lymph's moving, all while watching whatever you want on YouTube or Netflix/listening to meditation music, and simultaneously getting light therapy. I have been to another sauna studio and I prefer how this one runs their schedule by far. The way they have it structured, I believe it's 40 minutes in the sauna and another 10 (I believe?) to use the cold towel and change, and those extra minutes are an essential difference. It doesn't shave off time from your actual sauna trying to clean up the space and get clothes on your sweaty body, and I don't leave still sweating because I actually got to enjoy the cool down process and the cold towel. It's a very good system that will make me choose Drop over others any day!

What an amazing Sauna Studio!…read more Today was my first visit to "Drop". I decided to call ahead at the last minute to inquire about coming in and I was fit right in. I explained to Arianna (who warmly greeted me upon my arrival) that I was having a really bad day and I just wanted to relax and get a sweat in as I didn't feel like going to the gym. Immediately she took me to the sauna room and gave me towels and even suggested weights if I wanted to do a workout in the sauna, of which I did! The sauna was super clean as well as all of the accoutrements provided. After I was finished, Arianna and I chatted for a bit and her kind, friendly, and lovely demeanor completely won me over. She made me feel 100 percent welcome, and definitely attributed to my overall change in my demeanor towards my day. Amazing experience, 10 out of 10, and I'll absolutely be back! I even purchased a package and cannot wait until my next sweat!!!
