One thing I was not fond of was their was a younger cashier working with someone on the phone no other sales clerk was in sight and she goes I can help you here,( exactly where the lady was).. which wasn't comfortable to begin with. I told her I don't have my psychical Macys card and I have my id she goes it's fine go enter your social. I told her I don't need to be on the same cashier as someone where the keypad is literally next to the lady and I don't need any of information exposed , and she had some attitude like i did something wrong. It's not professional to have someone's PERSONAL important information laid out and exposed near someone. I know she's young but still should know common courtesy.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! I was at the arroyo crossing location, keep in mind it's my first time…read morerenting a suit. Everything went smoothly until I went to drop it off , the store lead ( Micheal ) he told me his name was , it was an Asian kid that I'm pretty sure drives a black lancer . Was there and said I owed $40 for a late fee which was news to me because the two emails I received didn't have a return date on them , neither did him or his team notify me to let me know of a return date . I simply told him it wasn't fair for me to pay a late fee for their mistake . He says to pay the $40 and that it's $20 per day your late , then I said again " bro I don't think it's fair for me to pay this " , then Micheal gets on the phone . In my head I'm thinking " he's probably calling corporate or a manager to help with the situation " so for 35 minutes I'm staring at him on the phone and the entire time he is dead silent. So I'm just patiently waiting for him to say ANYTHING, I've worked in car sales for many years and come across this all the time in my position , nothing would've prepared me to witness what Micheal did . Micheal instead of talking to a manger or corporate or even ME , the customer who has been nothing but polite to him . No Micheal CALLS THE COPS . Instead of just talking to me , $40 is nothing to me . I just didn't think it was fair that his team made a mistake and now I have to pay for it . That's all , if he would've just had a conversation with me , we could've figured it out . I was NOTHING BUT POLITE TO HIM AT FIRST , until I found out that he's been on hold with the police for 40 minutes as I'm standing there staring at him waiting for a solution or atleast a CONVERSATION! When I heard him say , " I have a customer refusing to pay " and then gave the address to the store , I asked him if he was calling the cops , he ignored then I asked again and he said yes . I told him to " hang up " and have a conversation with me . I had to say that for about 3 minutes before he finally hung up the phone and talked to me . Then I tell him that he could've just talked to me , I was simply wanting some resolution or Idk a conversation! So after Micheal sat there like a blank piece of wood , I just paid the $40 and told him to go F*ck himself . Yea I did get rude after I found out he called the cops and wasted their resources , when he could've just said more than , 2 words before calling the POLICE ON A CUSTOMER WHO JUST HAD AN ENTIRE WEDDING ACCOUNT THAT GOT 20+ suits all for $300 a piece!! $40 was never the problem, the lack of communication was never the problem. The problem is a little kid running a store with 0 social / customer service skills . I can't even tell you how I feel right now , but I promise you will not hear the end of this .

The salts provided with water in the lobby, the perfect size of rooms, the length of the bookings, the TV, and oooo that frozen towel for after- it's all so good. My second time around I had the size/shape sauna that allowed me to do a plank on the floor or stretch out to lay on the bench, but I've also had a corner shape before and I don't think you can choose which shape you want, but they provide weights if you want to add to your sweat! I absolutely love to infrared sauna, my family has the same one back home and if you've never tried it vs. a traditional sauna, it's like a healthy microwave for your body haha. It heats things from the inside out while clearing your body of so many bad things, gets your heart racing like you just did a hardcore workout, and gets lymph's moving, all while watching whatever you want on YouTube or Netflix/listening to meditation music, and simultaneously getting light therapy. I have been to another sauna studio and I prefer how this one runs their schedule by far. The way they have it structured, I believe it's 40 minutes in the sauna and another 10 (I believe?) to use the cold towel and change, and those extra minutes are an essential difference. It doesn't shave off time from your actual sauna trying to clean up the space and get clothes on your sweaty body, and I don't leave still sweating because I actually got to enjoy the cool down process and the cold towel. It's a very good system that will make me choose Drop over others any day!

What an amazing Sauna Studio!…read more Today was my first visit to "Drop". I decided to call ahead at the last minute to inquire about coming in and I was fit right in. I explained to Arianna (who warmly greeted me upon my arrival) that I was having a really bad day and I just wanted to relax and get a sweat in as I didn't feel like going to the gym. Immediately she took me to the sauna room and gave me towels and even suggested weights if I wanted to do a workout in the sauna, of which I did! The sauna was super clean as well as all of the accoutrements provided. After I was finished, Arianna and I chatted for a bit and her kind, friendly, and lovely demeanor completely won me over. She made me feel 100 percent welcome, and definitely attributed to my overall change in my demeanor towards my day. Amazing experience, 10 out of 10, and I'll absolutely be back! I even purchased a package and cannot wait until my next sweat!!!

She insisted that the "machine takes the discount automatically" and can never make a mistake. Shudder to think now much the seniors were overcharged just today!!

I have now made numerous donations to this location over the past decade, including the latest one…read moreearlier today. I felt the need for a quick little update. (+) Very convenient to be able to just pull up on the north side of the store, unload your donated items, and pull off. Every time I pull in, an employee will come out pulling a large plastic bin to put your items in. (+) You can get a receipt from the employee and claim the donation on your taxes if it is significant enough. (-) I've never had a rude employee, but some of these guys look insanely unhappy and are just going through the motions. Just a consistent part of my experience over the years. That's about it! Honestly, I've never stepped foot in the actual store. lol I only use this location to donate and free myself of some clutter from time to time. And it's just fine for that! We've stopped at so many stores but this was the only shop that had a large selection of apparel and memorabilia merchandise from all teams and all types of sports to represent your favorite team. From jerseys, shirts, hats, mugs, lots of stuff. We should've came here in the first place. It's off the Strip but it was worth the drive. There were two men at the shop and one was able to point me to the right direction... actually, he walked me to the exact shelf. Yes, yay, they have a nice selection of women's apparel. So glad that they carried them especially since needing them at last minute. Everything was laid out nice and neat in shelves and/or racks. The challenge was I couldn't decide what shirt to get. LoL!
