Checking other gutters, I notice that one of the gutters didn't get gutter guards. Not only having brand new gutters coming loose, they didn't put gutter guards on one gutter. I had to spend $18.26 after having paid thousand of dollars. The person told me to call him if problems were needed, but my gutter is still loose after texting and calling with no response, and I had to pay $18.26 for a gutter guard (recipe). I have been disappointed with this company twice. I want my gutter to be repaired and this time, I will have them walk around the walls of my home to may sure my gutters are installed correctly. Martin's guys came out in freezing cold weather in January to replace my roof and were done in two…read moredays. Work was great on that note. However, when they arrived (while it was still pitch black dark outside), they knocked down my mailbox when backing into my driveway. (I didn't even know they were coming on that particular day because he sent me a text at about 11:30pm and I was already in bed.) Martin went immediately and purchased a new mailbox but due to the frozen ground, couldn't put it in. They managed to nail the broken one back up but now it is nearing the end of April and he still hasn't replaced my mailbox. I've contacted him numerous times but all I get is "I'll try". He noted in a recent text that he was going to try and get one of the guys working on his house to come over and fix. "His house".... Apparently his own personal work is more important than paying customers. I would not recommend him to anyone due to his lack of communication and all the excuses when it comes to my mailbox.
