I first called this company over two months ago asking for a quote. They seemed pleasant enough and…read morethe guy came out looked at the roof and a few days later I got a quote. I asked them how long it would take to get the work done and was told about a week or two since they had to order the materials. I agreed and signed the paper to get started. This is where my troubles began. About three weeks later no one had been out to complete the work so I gave them a call and several times calling them back I was finally told that they where behind due to their guy being sick. I understood and told them I was okay with it since stuff happens. So about a week after that, they came out to do the work but ran into an issue right off the bat. The guy that gave me the quote didn't look at my roof well enough to understand the work that had to be done and didn't have the correct materials. He called me back and said he was running to the store that day to see if he could get the correct drain guards and he would get back to me. Again I told him I understood and I would wait but two weeks passed and I didn't hear back from him until I called again. This time he said the correct parts were double the price that I was quoted and offered me a cheaper way of fixing my issue. I told him we would try it so he said that as soon as he gets back to his office he would get me a quote. Guess what he never did. I think you can see the pattern here. So I call back the office a week later and tell them that I am tired of always being the one to call them and I just need to know if they don't want to do the work they just need to tell me. I was assured that they would get on the issue right away and I would get a call that day from the GM. Never happened. I then call the next day more upset and was told " oh he was busy and I know he has it on his calendar to call you today at 12:00 noon. I asked them are you sure since at this point I don't have a lot of faith. They again assured me. No call. So in short if they start to ghost you don't expect much else. Update on this. After apologizing for the delay the company offered to make up for the troubles but then when work was to be done the didn't even do what they promised they would do. Then when I question them about it the installer acted like they did me a favor. I'm pretty sure we have different definitions of what that word means.
