Yesterday while shopping at this location I met the most phenomenal employee, Michelle Everson. I could not help but overhear her as she was showing a new employee around. Before I left I walked up to her & said "You need to be cloned". Michelle looked a little confused so I explained myself. I'm retired from corporate America having worked at the 2nd largest multimedia news group in the country. I told Michelle she was the most amazing person. Why? Because she was so professional, confident, articulate, knowledgeable & efficient. I was just blown away by her, even more so after speaking with her! I've worked with a lot of managers/directors in my career and they have nothing on Michelle. I could tell she was really enthusiastic & loves her job. I would say she is truly a rare gem especially since I discovered how kind & thoughtful she is. Seriously speaking, I would never have retired early if I had a manager like her. If you haven't considered her for management yet, you definitely need to move this woman to the top of the list asap. If I had a say, I'd make her the manager of everything! Lol She is absolutely the best of the best! On a side note, the cashier was pretty awesome too. She was friendly, professional with the best personality for a cashier. Such a perfect match for her position. We even had couple of laughs too over finding the right style top for us older women. I didn't catch her name though. I went in looking for replica vases for an important art project and the manager Justin helped me. I had been to 2 other goodwill stores while im in town and everyone was too busy to help me. No dressing rooms. Only in store credit for returns. That's ridiculous. I am tired of buying clothes from an overpriced for profit thrift store, only to find they don't fit right. They need to either provide a dressing room, or return my money. They make enough money, and giving in store credit is just a way to make their profit margin bigger read more

I went to the goodwill yesterday looking for some specific replica items and this very nice man went out of his way to help me find the vases that I needed for my art project. That mans name is Justin. I had been to 2 other locations with ZERO help from those managers that were too busy. It's a basic goodwill. Pretty well organized. Donation center is accessible and the workers are kind and responsive.

After leaving an unsatisfactory review of this overpriced location. I was told that's because the workers are paid great pay. Which we all no is a lie. Goodwill pays their high executives gold to do nothing. Steve C. Preston 469,247$/yr. Brian Hzkouitz 318,919/yr. David Eagle 318,747$/yr. Goodwill doesn't appreciate or pay the workers who are actually doing the work & showing up. No medical, no benefits, no love. This needs to be changed!! read more

I arrived 15mins before they closed to donate some clothes, and the woman at the front directed me to the back where the after-hours drop off is. As soon as I drove to the back, an older employee smoking a cigarette, ran back into the store. As I started to unload the clothes, he opened and closed the door yelling, "WE'RE CLOSED!" Super negative. I'm dropping off free stuff that will provide for other people, and pay his check. Have some positivity and be grateful. read more

Sad day. They moved everything around and now for some reason it is a complete disaster zone. While I enjoy a slight element of digging, this is beyond my threshold. There is so much stuff piled on the ground and the isles and on the shelves you can't even walk without tripping. I don't know what happened. read more

Holy moly, who is pricing this stuff? Items are priced at what I'd expect to see on brand-new items at Ross or TJ Maxx, NOT a thrift store filled with people's hand-me-downs. I came to get pieces for DIY Halloween costumes (while also checking out other sections throughout the store), and put so many things back down because I simply couldn't justify the price points. Ironically, I would have purchased WAY more, and consequently spent MORE money than I did if the prices were actually reflective of the deals you would expect to get at a thrift store. read more

Visited this store after dropping off some stuff. I was surprised to the cleanliness of the store and organization. I didn't buy anything though. I am happy this store exists to help people in need, but I don't think the people shopping there were in any need, they were looking for deals. read more

I like this Goodwill. They don't have a 'huge' selection but they often times have unused items. I was able to get four packs of pull ups for my nephew for $3.99. I found a used water bottle still full of water (see photo) which was both nasty and outright weird... They have new kids shoes and flip flops-- I would imagine a clearance from a wholeseller. I loved this goodwill. They had a lot of stuff. Pricing was ok. The only thing that I wished they would do is not cram so much stuff on the racks it was a pain to go threw stuff because there wasn't a lot of space I think I spent most of my time fixing clothes because they were falling off the hangers. Other then that I loved this goodwill and I'll definitely go back when I'm back in town. read more

When you're a 'plus sized person' it's often difficult to find a decent selection of duds at resale shops, not to mention anything truly neat. I kept this in mind when I wandered into this Goodwill location- however I was wonderfully surprised to find almost an entire 'new to me' outfit for an upcoming interview. Based on the amount of pawing I did through the racks, I see many more future opportunities! This location is clean and well organized too.. all frosting on a wonderful cake! read more
