I was turned away, but as I was leaving the manager argued with another customer who was attempting to donate an item. He was rude, highly unprofessional and inappropriate. I left that location and donated the item to another Goodwill who thanked me for my donation. I told them about my experience and asked about a policy change, they said there was not a change. Don't waste your time at this location. They don't want to work.
