This place is alright. They didnt have very much. The workers acted weird while I was shopping. I know everyone is hypervigilant because of covid but it was a little much. The store is weird how it is connected to a another store. The prices were a little high. I am sure there are treasures hidden somewhere. There was a decent amount of furniture choices. read more

This is just another secondhand store. Nothing terribly great about it. Its clean, the staff is professional. Sometimes you can find a real deal depending on what you are looking for. Nary a cast iron in sight though. read more

I wouldn't recommend the one in Avon, they workers are lazy and put all of their work on you. Though they have more things there. This is a better option. At least the workers try to work/have positive attitudes. read more

This location is far overpriced considering it's all donation-based and supposedly a nonprofit.

Nice set-up, great prices, plenty of parking, fitting room, nice and clean - BUT - be extremely careful because a few of the employees will pretend to be giving you a discount, and then end up actually ringing the item up for more, and they will often crowd the items onto the counter, causing items to get rung up twice (you notice this once you're home comparing items to receipt) - this has happened to me more than once. My advice: Pay for your items a few at a time (for example, pay for five items and tie the bag shut,and then pay for another five). Also, ask the cashier to tell you the price of each item before ringing it up because - for example, shirts cost more than tee shirts and they may charge you a 'shirt' price for a tee shirt (like they tried to do for me). read more

I always stop here in hopes I will find something cool but I never do. I never see anyone putting anything out. Their knick knack section was super bare today even an older woman shopping made a comment to me about how crappy it looked. They have fixed prices suck but they have everything sized. Everyone is always friendly when I go in there though. read more

To whom this may concern- Today I went into goodwill with my father to purchase a shirt. We were in there for not even five minutes when we found what we were looking for. When we approached the register the employee named Lacey told my father he needed a mask. I was wearing one and we informed the employee my father had a medical condition that prevents him from wearing a mask for certain periods of time. The employee stated we had to show paper work of such condition or leave. Which is against the law to ask someone about their medical conditions. To spare any trouble I asked my father to wait for me outside and I would purchase the shirt. The employee refused to sell me the shirt and had a shitty ass attitude. She called over the manager and was informing her about my father who at this time had left the store. I became upset that I who was following orders ( wearing a mask) was being denied service. I tried explaining to the manager who refused to listen to me, and also refused to sell me a shirt because I came in with someone who wasn't wearing a mask who has a medical condition, who also was no longer in the store. I was told by the manager to never come in the store again to which I responded a great big, "fuck you." At this point- I no longer want the shirt but would like for employees of goodwill to be educated on what they can lawfully require of the public who without them there would be no goodwill! Goodwill is best store ever. If only you know what go on behind the seens. I have been going to Goodwill since January. They have great stores and employees. All their money do not go in their pockets but to missionaries to help the community with whatever they need. For job search as well trainings, computer skills, help homeless, youth programs and etc. We see Goodwill stores and industry but not the kind helping hand on the community i am thankful. read more

It's a clothing and housewares re-seller in a somewhat depressed area, so temper your expectations. I shopped here for a Halloween costume and found a second-hand suit for less than $6. It was probably the most affordable costume I've ever purchased. The store is unremarkable in every way otherwise. read more

The day I was there the public restroom was not working and I was told by the manager he could not let me use the employee bathroom.
