My timeline was very precise on when I'd need that mower delivered and they tried to cancel for a whole week. My suggestion would be to have a stand by delivery person that can fill in when problems in the store arise. Do not give a timeline if it can't be met. They had a bunch of excuses and one reason why I should be more understanding but I was the customer and I needed the delivery on the date I was given.
