She usually comes rolling up around 10-15 minutes after the hour. I've witnessed customers come to the door, try the handle then leave. It's a shame she's missing out on business by obviously not taking her business seriously or valuing her customers' time. Once you get in, she has great clothes at good prices. I've always found something. Today I waited for 20 minutes for her to open, then I gave up and left. 4 others did the same thing. Also, while the front end is kept clean, don't ask about the restroom. I was appalled at how awful it was. Dirty and littered with trash.
