Customers beware!!! My wife purchased a lift chair for me after the quad bypass operation. The…read morechair looked like leather but was a plastic coating over fabric. When the warranty was still in effect I had to replace two controllers and the chair back was replaced one time due to flat thin layer of plastic membrane that looks like leather peeling off. In actuality it was peeling off all over but ffo said they would not replace anything else and don't call them. The chair was relegated to unused status in a spare room. When I needed the lift function again due to a knee problem the ffo chair failed once again this time catastrophically. The lifting mechanism what channel that connected the lifting arm and the base was exceedingly poor quality and shattered during use.
